Claims (9)
- 전후 방향을 규정하는 종축(A)을 갖는 절삭 공구(10)이며,
상기 절삭 공구(10)는,
절삭 부분(16)과 상기 절삭 부분(16)으로부터 후방 방향으로 연장되는 헤드 클램핑 부분(18)을 구비하는 절삭 헤드(12); 및
공구 홀더에 고정하기 위한 장착 부분과 생크(14)의 전방 단부로부터 전방 방향으로 연장되는 공구 클램핑 부분(22)을 구비하는 생크(14)를 포함하며,
상기 헤드 클램핑 부분(18)은 수형 또는 암형 결합 부재(28, 26)를 포함하고 상기 공구 클램핑 부분(22)은 대응하는 암형 또는 수형 결합 부재(26, 28)를 포함하며,
상기 수형 결합 부재(28)는, 종방향으로 연장되는 적어도 두 개의 지지면(32)을 갖고 표면 리세스(34)가 지지면(32) 사이에서 연장되는, 원주방향으로 연속적인 주위면(30)을 구비하고, 상기 지지면(32)은 제1 직경(D1)을 갖는 공통 제1 원통형 표면의 표면 상에 놓이며;
상기 암형 결합 부재(26)는, 종방향으로 연장되는 적어도 두 개의 지지 벽(54)을 갖고 벽 리세스(56)가 지지 벽(54) 사이에서 연장되는, 원주방향으로 연속적인 보어 벽(52)을 갖는 수용 보어(50)를 구비하고, 상기 지지 벽(54)은 제3 직경(D3)을 갖는 공통 제3 원통형 표면의 표면 상에 놓이며,
상기 제3 직경(D3)은 상기 제1 직경(D1)보다 작으며,
상기 수형 결합 부재(28)는 지지면(32)이 벽 리세스(56)와 대향하여 위치하는 해제 위치로 상기 암형 결합 부재(26) 내에 삽입될 수 있고, 이 위치로부터 종축(A) 주위로 지지면(32)이 지지 벽(54)과 맞닿는 로크 위치로 회전할 수 있으며, 지지면(32)과 지지 벽(54)의 맞닿음에 의해 수형 결합 부재(28)와 암형 결합 부재(26)의 셀프-클램핑을 제공하는, 절삭 공구(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수형 결합 부재(28)의 주위면(30)은, 수형 결합 부재(28)의 말단에 위치하는 조종 부재를 포함하고, 조종 부재 사이에 지지면(32)과 표면 리세스(34)가 배치되며, 상기 조종 부재는 제2 직경(D2)(D2<D3<D1)을 갖는 공통 제2 원통형 표면 상에 놓이는 원통형 형상인 절삭 공구(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수형 결합 부재(28)는 수형 토크 전달 부재(44)를 포함하며 상기 암형 결합 부재(26)는 암형 토크 전달 부재(58)를 포함하는 절삭 공구(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수형 토크 전달 부재(44)는 조종 부재(42) 중 하나로부터 돌출하는 돌출 부재를 포함하며, 상기 암형 토크 전달 부재(58)는 수형 토크 전달 부재(44)를 수용하여 그와 결합하기 위한 토크 전달 리세스를 포함하는 절삭 공구(10).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수형 토크 전달 부재(44)는 수형 결합 부재(28)의 일체 부분인 절삭 공구(10).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수형 토크 전달 부재(44)는 수형 결합 부재(28)의 비일체 부분이며 나사(46)에 의해 수형 결합 부재에 고정되는 절삭 공구(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 벽(54)은 실린더의 세그먼트로서 형성된 이행 벽(64)을 거쳐서 인접한 벽 리세스(56)와 병합되는 절삭 공구(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지면(32)은 실린더의 세그먼트로서 형성된 이행면(48)을 거쳐서 인접한 표면 리세스(34)와 병합되는 절삭 공구(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수형 결합 부재(28)는 암형 결합 부재(26)의 보어를 팽창시키기 위한 가열 없이 암형 결합 부재(26)에 삽입될 수 있는 절삭 공구(10).
