도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓의 일부를 개략적으로 나타내는 부분 사시도이다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓을 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 불소계 합성수지로 형성되며, 표면처리가 된 가스켓 부재;
상기 가스켓 부재의 일면에 도전성 불소계 합성수지로 형성된 도전패턴을 가지는 리크 감지부; 및
상기 리크 감지부에는 비전도성 합성수지로 형성되며, 상기 도전 패턴 사이의 가스켓 부재를 노출시키는 개방부를 가지고, 상기 도전패턴과 동일한 패턴을 가지는 보호층;
을 포함하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도전패턴은 상기 가스켓 부재의 가장자리를 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도전패턴은 한 쌍의 제1 및 제2 도전라인으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가스켓 부재는 원판형 또는 사각판형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 합성수지는 에틸렌테트라플루오로에틸린(ETFE, Ethylenetetrafluoroethylene) 또는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE, Polytetrafluoroethylene)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 불소계 합성수지는 카본 블랙 및 아세틸렌 블랙 중 하나 이상의 도전성 물질이 혼합된 불소계 합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가스켓 부재와 도전패턴은 동종의 불소계 합성수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가스켓 부재에는 도전패턴용 홈이 형성되고, 상기 도전패턴용 홈에 상기 도전패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리크 감지 기능을 가지는 가스켓.
