도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 씰컵이 액압챔버에 설치된 상태를 도시한 측단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 공급포트를 통하여 브레이크오일을 공급받는 압력챔버가 구비되는 실린더바디;
상기 실린더바디의 내측에 스프링으로 탄성 지지되며, 부스트의 작동으로 이동되어 상기 압력챔버의 압력을 변화시키는 피스톤부; 및
상기 피스톤부의 릴리프포트와 상기 공급포트 사이에 구비된 액압챔버에 접하여 설치되는 환형의 외경부재와, 상기 외경부재에서 내측으로 절곡된 연결부재에 연결되어 상기 피스톤부에 접하는 내경부재를 구비하며, 상기 내경부재에서 상기 외경부재 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 리브부재를 구비하는 씰컵;을 포함하며,
상기 내경부재에서 상기 리브부재와 연결되는 커넥터부가 상측으로 돌출되며,
상기 내경부재의 하측에서 상기 리브부재의 상측까지의 길이의 최대값은, 상기 내경부재의 하측에서 상기 외경부재의 상측까지 길이의 절반으로 설정되며,
상기 씰컵의 형상은 "R"자 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크용 플런저 마스터실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액압챔버와 접하는 상기 외경부재의 외측은 직선 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크용 플런저 마스터실린더.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액압챔버의 측면과 접하는 상기 연결부재는 직선 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크용 플런저 마스터실린더.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리브부재는, 상기 내경부재의 중앙에서 원주 방향을 따라 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크용 플런저 마스터실린더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 리브부재에는 브레이크오일이 이동되는 통로를 형성하는 이동홈부가 원주 방향을 따라 복수로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크용 플런저 마스터실린더.
