Claims (9)
- 차량의 주행 중에는 모터에서 제공되는 동력이 구동축에 전달되도록 형성되고, 엔진의 동력이 입력되는 제1변속기구의 변속기 입력축과 평행한 복수의 샤프트 및 샤프트에 결합된 복수의 기어가 마련되며, 기어 중 하나는 피동기어로서 차량의 주행 시 상시동기기구에 의해 상시 치합되어 회전되는 제2변속기구;를 포함하고,
상기 제1변속기구와 제2변속기구에는 기어의 선택적인 치합을 위해 변속단을 선택할 수 있는 시프팅레일이 배열되고, 상기 시프팅레일에는 모터단이 마련되며, 차량의 주행 시에는 차량의 주행속도에 해당하는 기어단이 선택되고, 상기 상시동기기구가 피동기어에 상시 치합되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1변속기구와 제2변속기구에는 기어의 선택적인 치합을 위해 변속단을 선택할 수 있는 시프팅레일이 배열되고, 변속단의 중립 시 상기 상시동기기구가 피동기어에 상시 치합되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1변속기구와 제2변속기구에는 기어의 선택적인 치합을 위해 변속단을 선택할 수 있는 시프팅레일이 배열되고, 모터단의 선택 시 상기 피동기어로부터 상시동기기구의 치합이 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2변속기구에는 제1샤프트와 제2샤프트가 마련되고, 제1샤프트에는 구동기어가 마련되며, 제2샤프트에는 피동기어 및 출력기어가 마련되되, 상기 피동기어는 상시동기기구와 치합 또는 해제됨으로써, 상기 모터로부터 제공되는 동력이 구동축으로 전달되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 모터는 상기 제1샤프트에 직결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제1샤프트에는 후진기어와 후진기어에 치합 또는 해제되는 후진동기기구가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 후진기어는 상기 제1변속기구의 변속기 입력축에 마련된 구동기어와 치합된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제2변속기구는 차량의 아이들 시에는 상기 피동기어와 상시동기기구의 치합이 해제되도록 하되, 상기 후진기어와 후진동기기구를 치합함으로써, 엔진으로부터 제공되는 구동력을 모터로 입력시켜 배터리를 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 파워트레인.
