Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 제2런너에 공기를 공급하도록 된 흡기 시스템의 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- 엔진에 공급되는 공기를 냉각시키도록 된 인터쿨러와,
상기 인터쿨러와 일체로 형성되며, 상기 인터쿨러로부터 배출된 공기를 적어도 하나 이상의 실린더에 공급하도록 되어 있으며, 제1런너와 제2런너를 구비하고 있는 흡기 다기관;
상기 인터쿨러와 상기 흡기 다기관의 사이에서 상기 제1런너와 상기 제2런너의 합류지점에 위치하고, 상기 흡기 다기관에 공급되는 공기가 점화되는 실린더에 공급되도록 그 유량과 경로를 제어하는 공기 제어 밸브; 그리고
상기 공기 제어 밸브에 공기를 공급하고, 공기 제어 밸브로부터 배출된 공기를 상기 흡기 다기관에 전달하기 위한 공기관;
을 포함하고,
상기 공기 제어 밸브는
공기가 통과되도록 형성된 개구부; 및
공기가 차단되도록 형성된 밀폐부;
를 포함하며,
상기 개구부와 상기 밀폐부는 각각 그 단면이 반원 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 반원의 개구부와 살기 밀폐부는 서로 마주보도록 배치되어 원형의 상기 공기 제어 밸브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 원형의 공기 제어 밸브는 회전하면서 상기 개구부와 상기 밀폐부의 위치를 변경하도록 되어 있고,
상기 제1런너와 상기 제2런너는 상기 공기관에 공급되는 공기 흐름을 기준으로 각각 좌우가 대칭이며, 상기 인터쿨러로부터 배출된 공기는 상기 공기 제어 밸브를 거쳐 상기 제1런너와 제2런너 중 어느 하나에 공급되고,
상기 인터쿨러부터 배출된 공기가 상기 제1런너 또는 제2런너 중 어느 하나에 공급되도록 상기 개구부는 상기 제1런너 또는 제2런너와 선택적으로 연결되고,
상기 개구부가 상기 제1런너에 연결될 경우, 상기 밀폐부는 상기 제2런너와 연결되며,
상기 개구부가 상기 제2런너에 연결될 경우, 상기 밀폐부는 상기 제1런너와 연결되고,
상기 제1런너에 공급된 공기가 배출되는 실린더와, 상기 제2런너에 공급된 공기가 배출되는 실린더는 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인터쿨러는
냉각수와의 열교환을 통하여 공기를 냉각시키도록 된 수랭식 인터쿨러인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 시스템.

엔진의 점화 순서에 따라 공기 제어 밸브를 제어하는 제어기를 더 포함하는 흡기 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1런너와 연결된 실린더에서 점화가 있을 경우, 상기 제어기는
상기 개구부가 상기 제1런너에 연결되도록
상기 공기 제어 밸브의 회전되는 정도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2런너와 연결된 실린더에서 점화가 있을 경우, 상기 제어기는
상기 개구부가 상기 제2런너에 연결되도록
상기 공기 제어 밸브의 회전되는 정도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 시스템.
