Claims (5)
- 스폿 용접용 건(gun)의 생크(shank) 선단에 장착된 전극을, 협지구로 협지(挾持)하면서 이 협지구를 전극 중심축 둘레로 회전시킴으로써 상기 생크 선단(先端)으로부터 떼어내는 전극 떼어냄 작업을 행하거나, 또는 상기 생크 선단에 장착된 상기 전극의 선단면에 절삭(切削)커터를 접촉시킴과 동시에 이 절삭커터를 전극 중심축 둘레로 회전시킴으로써 상기 전극 선단면을 절삭하는 전극 절삭작업을 행하는 회전작업 장치에 있어서,
내방(內方)에 상기 협지구나 또는 상기 절삭커터가 장착되며, 또한 바깥둘레에 복수의 이(teeth)부를 고리형으로 가지며, 서로의 회전중심이 동일 방향을 향하도록 지름방향으로 나열 배치된 한 쌍의 회전체와,
이 양 회전체의 각 이부에 맞물리는 중간 기어 및 이 중간 기어를 회전시키는 서보모터를 갖는 구동수단과,
상기 양 회전체 및 상기 중간 기어를 수용하는 케이싱과,
상기 회전체의 지름방향 외측에는, 상기 케이싱에 장착과 분리가 가능하게 설치되며, 사용 전의 상기 전극을 이 전극 중심축이 상기 회전체의 회전중심과 동일 방향을 향하는 자세로 복수 격납 가능한 전극 격납수단과,
상기 서보모터에 접속되고, 또한, 서로 다른 제 1 회전수 및 이 제 1 회전수보다 고 회전수인 제 2 회전수를 기억하는 기억부를 가지며, 상기 양 회전체의 적어도 한쪽에서 전극 분리작업을 행할 시, 상기 서보모터에 분리 개시신호를 출력하여 상기 제 1 회전수로 상기 양 회전체를 회전시키는 한편, 상기 양 회전체의 적어도 다른 쪽에서 전극 절삭작업을 행할 시, 상기 서보모터에 절삭 개시신호를 출력하여 상기 제 2 회전수로 상기 양 회전체를 회전시키는 제어수단을 구비하되,
상기 전극 격납수단에 격납된 상기 전극의 분리 위치는, 상기 전극 격납수단을 상기 케이싱에 장착했을 때, 상기 양 회전체의 회전중심을 연결하는 직선상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전작업 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 서보모터는, 상기 서보모터의 회전축이 상기 양 회전체의 회전중심과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되는 자세로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전작업 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 서보모터의 회전축은, 상기 회전체보다 상방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전작업 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 협지구는, 회전중심이 상기 회전체의 회전중심과 합치한 상태에서 회전 가능한 고리형체와,
이 고리형체의 회전중심 둘레에 등간격으로 설치되고, 회전중심과 동일 방향으로 연장되는 지축(支軸)에 의해 회전중심 측으로 회동(pivot) 가능하게 축이 지지된 복수의 누름 부재를 구비하고,
이 각 누름 부재에는, 돌기(rib)가 회전중심 반대측으로 돌출 형성되는 한편, 상기 회전체 내주면(內周面)에는, 상기 각 돌기가 헐거운 끼워 맞춤(movable fit)하는 오목부가 복수 형성되고,
상기 전극을 상기 각 누름부재 사이에서 전극 중심축이 회전중심과 합치하도록 세팅한 상태에서 상기 회전체를 회전중심 둘레의 한쪽으로 회전시키고, 이 회전체의 상기 협지구에 대한 상대적인 회전동작으로 상기 각 오목부 내면이 상기 각 돌기를 회전방향 일방측으로 누름으로써, 상기 각 누름부재가 회전중심 측으로 회동함과 동시에 상기 전극 외주면(外周面)을 눌러 상기 전극을 사이에 끼우고, 더욱 더 상기 회전체의 회전중심 둘레 한쪽으로의 회전동작에 의해 상기 전극을 상기 협지구와 함께 회전시키고 상기 생크 선단으로부터 떼어내는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전작업 장치.
