Abstract
이와 같은 분리형 색전코일 조립체는, 가요성 튜브 내측에 곡선지게 휘어진 걸림부와 걸림홈이 대응되게 삽입상태로 걸림시켜 밀림대와 연결대가 연결된 바, 연결대와 코일부를 혈관 내부로 삽입시킨 후, 밀림대와 연결대를 이탈시킬 경우에는 밀림대를 걸림부의 휘어진 방향의 반대방향으로 회전시키면, 걸림부가 연결대의 걸림홈을 따라 후방으로 이동되면서 상호 연결상태가 해제되는 바, 혈관의 직경이 협소하더라도 코일부를 혈관 내부에 용이하게 이탈 설치할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (6)
- 길이방향 양단이 개방된 원통형상을 가지는 가요성 튜브와;
상기 가요성 튜브 내측에서 회전 및 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며, 길이방향 일단에는 곡선지게 휘어진 걸림부가 형성된 원형 봉 단면형상의 밀림대와;
상기 가요성 튜브 내측에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며, 길이방향 일단 외측면에는 상기 걸림부가 대응되게 삽입상태로 걸림 배치되도록 곡선지게 휘어진 걸림홈이 요입 형성된 원형 봉 단면형상을 가지는 연결대; 및,
상기 연결대의 길이방향 타단에 연결 결합되는 코일부를 포함하며,
상기 연결대가 상기 가요성 튜브 내측에서 혈관 내측에 삽입 배치시,
상기 혈관의 직경크기가 상기 연결대의 직경크기보다 클 경우, 상기 연결대는 자체 하중에 의해 상기 걸림부 상에서 하방으로 슬라이딩 이동하면서 상기 걸림부와 걸림홈의 걸림상태가 해제되고,
상기 혈관의 직경크기가 상기 연결대의 직경크기보다 작을 경우, 상기 밀림대를 상기 걸림부의 휘어진 방향의 반대방향으로 회전시킬 경우, 상기 걸림부가 상기 걸림홈에서 후방으로 슬라이딩 이동하며 이탈되는 분리형 색전코일 조립체. - 삭제

상기 걸림부는 상기 걸림홈에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 연결대의 곡률반경 내측에 배치되는 분리형 색전코일 조립체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 걸림부는 상기 걸림홈에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 연결대의 곡률반경보다 외측으로 돌출되게 배치되는 분리형 색전코일 조립체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밀림대와 상기 연결대는 가요성을 가지는 분리형 색전코일 조립체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코일부는,
길이방향 일단이 상기 연결대의 길이방향 타단에 연결 결합되는 나선형의 코일본체와,
상기 코일본체의 길이방향 타단에 결합되는 곡면형의 칩을 포함하는 분리형 색전코일 조립체.
