Claims (11)
- 기밀성 외피(1), 상기 외피에 넣은 다수의 레이어(4) 및 상기 외피의 내부를 배기(evacuate)하도록 구성된 밸브(2)를 포함하는 부압에 의해 제어되는 강성을 이용한 바디 피팅 요소에 있어서, 상기 레이어(4)는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 직물로 제조된 코어(4a)와 상기 코어의 양면에 폴리우레탄으로 제조된 제1 커버 레이어(4b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 직조된 섬유들(woven fiber, 6)로 구성되는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 리본의 상호연결(interconnection)을 위하여 슬릿(9,10)이 제공된 수평으로 배열된 리본(8)과 수직으로 배열된 리본(7)을 포함하는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 0mm보다 크고 8mm보다 작은 폭을 가진 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어의 한 면에 낮은 마찰 계수를 가진 재료로 구성되고 제1 커버 레이어(4b)와 접촉하는 얇은 스트랩(strap) 모양의 제2 커버 레이어(4c)를 추가로 포함하는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 스트랩(strap) 모양의 제2 커버 레이어는 실의 재봉 라인(sewing line)을 포함하는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 밸브(2)가 위치하는 외피(1)의 내면과 접촉하는 통기성 레이어(5)를 추가로 포함하는 바디 피팅 요소.
- 제 1 항에 따른 바디 피팅 요소를 C자 형태(C-shape)로 포함하는 정형외과 장비에 있어서,
상기 정형외과 장비는 상기 피팅 요소의 면들을 연결하는 탄성 부재를 추가로 포함하여 상기 정형외과 장비가 루프 모양을 가지는 정형외과 장비. - 제 1 항에 따른 한 개이상의 바디 피팅 요소를 포함하는 정형외과 장비에 있어서,
상기 정형외과 장비는 상기 피팅 요소의 내부에 얇은 분지형 메탈 레이어(thin ramified metal layer) 및 챔버 외부로부터 접근할 수 있는 고정물(fixation)을 더 포함하여 상기 정형외과 장비가 기계적 외부 부분(mechanical external part)에 고정되도록 구성되는 정형외과 장비.
- 제1 항에 따른 독립적인 피팅 요소(24, 26) 한 쌍과 두 피팅 요소들 사이에 삽입된 빈 챔버(25)를 포함하는 정형외과 장비.
