Claims (20)
- 제1 계층의 BMS, 상기 제1 계층의 하위 계층인 제2 계층의 BMS, 및 상기 제2 계층의 하위 계층인 제3 계층의 BMS를 포함하는 계층적 구조의 BMS를 포함하는 배터리 시스템에서,
상위 계층의 BMS가 마스터(master)로 설정되고 하위 계층의 BMS가 슬레이브(slave)로 설정되는 경우, 상기 마스터는 상기 슬레이브에 무선으로 요청 신호를 전송하고, 상기 슬레이브는 상기 요청 신호에 기반한 응답 신호를 무선으로 전송하며,
상기 제1 계층의 BMS와 상기 제2 계층의 BMS 간에 상기 요청 신호 및 상기 응답 신호를 무선으로 전송할 수 있는 제1 통신 채널;
상기 제2 계층의 BMS와 상기 제3 계층의 BMS 간에 상기 요청 신호 및 상기 응답 신호를 무선으로 전송할 수 있는 제2 통신 채널; 및
상기 제1 계층의 BMS와 상기 제3 계층의 BMS 간에 상기 요청 신호 및 상기 응답 신호를 상기 제2 계층의 BMS를 통하지 않고 직접 무선으로 전송할 수 있는 제3 통신 채널을 포함하는 배터리 시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무선 통신은 지그비(zigbee) 방식의 통신인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 계층의 BMS는 시스템(system) BMS, 상기 제2 계층의 BMS는 랙(rack) BMS, 상기 제3 계층의 BMS는 트레이(tray) BMS인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터와 상기 슬레이브는 서로간의 거리가 50m 이하의 거리에서 임의로 배치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 요청 신호 및 상기 응답 신호는 암호화되어 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터는 상기 요청 신호에 난수 발생으로 생성된 시드(seed)를 포함시키고, 상기 슬레이브는 상기 시드에 대응하는 키(key)값을 생성하여 상기 응답 신호에 포함시키며, 상기 마스터는 상기 키 값을 참조하여 상기 슬레이브를 인증하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
하나의 상기 제1 계층 BMS에 대한 하위 계층인 상기 제3 계층 BMS는 복수개가 존재하며,
상위 계층의 BMS가 마스터로 설정되고, 하위 계층의 복수개의 BMS가 복수개의 슬레이브로 설정되는 경우에, 상기 마스터는 상기 복수개의 슬레이브에 무선으로 요청 신호를 동시에 전송하고, 상기 복수개의 슬레이브는 상기 요청 신호에 기반한 응답 신호를 무선으로 각각 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 마스터는 동기화된 신호를 사용하여 상기 복수개의 슬레이브에 상기 요청 신호를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 응답 신호는 상기 슬레이브의 상태를 동시에 측정한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 시스템. - 삭제
