Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- a) 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리프로필렌카보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 블렌드수지 및 다공성흡착제를 포함하는 수지조성물을 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 수지조성물을 압출하여 필라멘트를 제조하는 단계;
c) 상기 필라멘트는 다공성흡착제가 필라멘트 표면에 노출되도록 2회 이상의 다단연신을 수행하며, 다단연신 시 연신롤러의 속도와 체류시간을 달리함으로써 발생하는 연신비가 하기 식1을 만족하도록 연신하는 단계; 및

d) 상기 연신에 의해 두께가 0.05 ~ 0.3mm인 모노필라멘트를 테이퍼화 처리한 후, 상기 다공성 흡착제가 노출된 필라멘트를 기능성 물질을 함유하는 수용액 또는 유기용매에 함침시켜 필라멘트에 노출된 다공성 흡착제에 기능성 물질이 담지되도록 하고, 건조한 후 식모하여 칫솔을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1차 연신속도는 12 내지 20 m/sec 인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.

상기 압출 시 사용되는 노즐은 방사구의 길이와 직경의 비가 하기 식 2를 만족하는 칫솔의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수지조성물은 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리프로필렌카보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 블렌드수지 100중량부에 대하여, 다공성흡착제 1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계의 테이퍼화 처리는 상기 필라멘트를 번들로 제조한 후, 번들의 일측 끝단을 100~140℃, 30~60 중량% 농도의 알칼리 용액에 담긴 가공조에 침지하여 테이퍼화 가공하여 다공성흡착제가 추가적으로 노출되도록 테이퍼화 처리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 칫솔의 제조방법.

상기 다공성흡착제는 제올라이트, 실리카겔, 녹말, 벤토나이트, 규조토, 숯에서 하나 이상 선택되는 것인 칫솔의 제조방법.

상기 수용액 또는 유기용매와 기능성 물질이 1~100 : 1 의 중량비로 포함되는 것인 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌카보네이트 수지는 분자량이 10,000~1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 다공성흡착제가 노출된 필라멘트에 기능성물질이 담지되어 상기 다공성 흡착제에서 기능성물질이 방출되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 물질은 금잔화, 피톤치드, 프로폴리스, 매그놀리아, 홍차, 보이차, 녹차, 솔잎추출물, 연꽃, 알로에, 자스민, 카멜리아, 은행잎, 박하, 동백나무, 옥수수, 금은화, 고삼, 감초, 병풀, 몰약(Myrrh), 캐모마일, 라타니아, 시계초, 보리지, 나스터튬, 로즈마리, 바질, 말로우, 로메인, 설견초, 비단초, 고사리, 세신, 겨우살이 및 머위로 이루어진 식물추출물 또는 자연추출물로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 다공성흡착제는 평균입경 50~300nm, BET 비표면적이 70 내지 1000 m2/g, 기공율이 30~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항 내지 제 6항 및 제 8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되며, 다공성흡착제가 노출된 필라멘트에 기능성 물질을 담지한 미세모 형태의 칫솔모를 포함하는 칫솔.
