Claims (6)
- 외부로부터 전력을 받아들이는 복수의 집전장치를 경유하여 입력된 전압을 소정 값의 직류로 변환하여 출력하여, 출력측에 접속된 전력 저장부로의 충방전 동작을 행하는 전력 변환부를 가진 전기차 제어장치에 있어서,
상기 전력 변환부는, 주회로부와 제어부를 가지고,
상기 제어부에는, 상기 집전장치가 정상으로 외부로부터 전력을 받아들일 수 있는 상태인지 여부를 나타내는 집전장치 상태 신호와 차속을 나타내는 차속 신호가 입력되고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 주회로부의 전류의 지령인 전류 지령을 생성하여, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호와 상기 차속 신호에 기초하여, 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 전류 조정부와, 상기 전류 지령에 기초하여 상기 주회로부의 전류를 제어하는 전류 제어부를 가지고,
상기 제어부는 상기 집전장치 상태 신호를 통하여 복수의 집전장치의 상태가 정상인지 여부를 판단하고, 상기 차속 신호를 통하여 상기 전기차가 주행 중인지 정차 중인지 여부를 판단하고,
상기 판단에 기초하여 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우에 있어서, 상기 전력 변환부의 입력 전류가 작게 되도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하고, 상기 차속 신호에 기초하여 전기차가 정차중이라고 판단되었을 경우는 전기차가 주행중이라고 판단되었을 경우보다도 상기 전류의 크기를 저감시키도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전류 조정부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가, 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우, 상기 전류가 상기 집전장치가 모두 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 있는 상태일 때보다도 저감되도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전류 조정부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가, 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우, 상기 차속 신호가 소정치보다도 클 때는, 상기 차속 신호가 소정치 이하일 때보다도, 상기 전류의 크기를 증가시키도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치. - 외부로부터 전력을 받아들이는 복수의 집전장치를 경유하여 입력된 전압을 소정 값의 직류로 변환하여 출력하여, 출력측에 접속된 전력 저장부로의 충방전 동작을 행하는 전력 변환부를 복수 개 가진 전기차 제어장치에 있어서,
상기 전력 변환부는, 주회로부와 제어부를 가지고,
상기 제어부에는, 상기 집전장치가 정상으로 외부로부터 전력을 받아들일 수 있는 상태인지 여부를 나타내는 집전장치 상태 신호와 차속을 나타내는 차속 신호가 입력되고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호를 통하여 복수의 집전장치의 상태가 정상인지 여부를 판단하고, 상기 차속 신호를 통하여 상기 전기차가 주행 중인지 정차 중인지 여부를 판단하고,
상기 판단에 기초하여 상기 주회로부의 전류의 지령인 전류 지령을 생성하여, 상기 전류 지령에 기초하여 상기 주회로부의 전류를 제어하고, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호와 상기 차속 신호에 기초하여, 상기 주회로부의 전류의 유무를 제어하며,
상기 차속 신호가 소정 값 이하인 경우이면서 또한 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우 상기 주회로부의 전류를 억제하여, 상기 전력 저장부로의 충전 동작을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치. - 외부로부터 전력을 받아들이는 복수의 집전장치를 경유하여 입력된 전압을 소정 값의 직류로 변환하여 출력하여, 출력측에 접속된 전력 저장부로의 충방전 동작을 행하는 전력 변환부를 가진 전기차 제어장치에 있어서,
상기 전력 변환부는, 주회로부와 제어부를 가지고,
상기 제어부에는, 상기 집전장치가 정상으로 외부로부터 전력을 받아들일 수 있는 상태인지 여부를 나타내는 집전장치 상태 신호와, 차속을 나타내는 차속 신호가 입력되고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호를 통하여 복수의 집전장치의 상태가 정상인지 여부를 판단하고, 상기 차속 신호를 통하여 상기 전기차가 주행 중인지 정차 중인지 여부를 판단하고,
상기 판단에 기초하여 상기 주회로부의 전류의 지령인 전류 지령을 생성하여, 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 전류 조정부와, 상기 전류 지령에 기초하여 상기 주회로부의 전류를 제어하는 전류 제어부를 가지고,
상기 전류 조정부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가, 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우, 상기 차속 신호가 소정치보다도 클 때는, 상기 차속 신호가 소정치 이하일 때보다도, 상기 전류의 크기를 증가시키도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전류 조정부는, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가 복수의 상기 집전장치의 모두가 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 있는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우의 상기 전류의 크기를 제1 전류치로 하고, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우이면서 또한 상기 차속 신호가 소정치보다 클 때에, 상기 전류의 크기를 상기 제1 전류치보다 작은 제2 전류치로 하고, 상기 집전장치 상태 신호가 복수의 상기 집전장치 중 어느 것이 정상으로 전력을 받아들일 수 없는 상태인 것을 나타내고 있는 경우이면서 또한 상기 차속 신호가 소정치 이하일 때에, 상기 전류의 크기를 상기 제2 전류치보다 작은 제3 전류치로 하도록 상기 전류 지령의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어장치.
