Abstract
본 발명에 의한 소일 네일링용 팽창성 그라우트 조성물은 고로슬래그 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여, 발전소 탈황공정 부산물인 폐 수산화칼슘 20~50중량부를 포함한다.

Claims (6)
- 고로슬래그 시멘트 전체 중량에 대해 50~70 중량%의 고로슬래그 미분말, 25~45 중량%의 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 잔량의 석고를 포함하고 SO3 함량이 2.0% ~ 4.5% 이하인 고로슬래그 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여,
폐수산화칼슘 30~45중량부, 코우크스 탈황 석고 30~45 중량부, 및 팽창재 30~60 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 팽창재는 플라이애시 및 시멘트 킬른 바이패스 더스트로 이루어지고,
상기 플라이애시는 노내탈황방식 석탄연소보일러에서 발생하는 산화칼슘 함량이 20% 이상인 고칼슘 플라이애시이고,
상기 시멘트 킬른 바이패스 더스트 및 상기 플라이애시는 1:1의 중량비이고,
모래를 포함하는 비(非)해양 지반에 대한 소일 네일링 공법에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 팽창성 그라우트 조성물. - 삭제
