Abstract
본 발명 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말에 의해 제조된 전단금형은 종래의 전단금형에 비해 내마모성과 내식성 및 내열성이 우수하며, 또한 작업 후 제품표면이 매끄럽고 경도가 우수하여 지속적인 작업이 가능하며, 생산량의 증대에도 현저한 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)
- 금속분말을 토너로 사용하는 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말에 있어서,
상기 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말은 중량비로 Cr 8∼10%, Si 1.8∼2.5%, C 0.25∼0.35%, Mn 2∼3%와 잔부가 Fe로 구성되되,
중량비로 P 0.01~0.05%, Ni 0.05~1.0%, Mo 0.01~0.05%, Ti 0.001~0.005%, V 0.01~0.05%, Nb 0.004~0.01%, W 0.02~0.05%, Co 0.01~0.05%, Zr 0.004~0.01%, B 0.002~0.005%가 하나 또는 둘 이상이 추가혼합되는 것으로,
상기 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말은 금속분말을 이루는 조성성분인 금속소재들을 지정된 중량비대로 혼합하는 1단계; 중량비대로 혼합된 금속소재들을 분쇄기에서 분쇄하여 금속분말로 만드는 2단계; 2단계에서 생성된 금속분말을 체질하여 지정된 입자크기의 금속분말을 분류해내는 3단계;공정을 포함하여 제조되며,
또한, 상기 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말에 SKD11, SKD61 중 하나 또는 둘을 혼합하여, 전단작업시 금속재료에 직접 접하는 전단금형의 상·하부의 날부성형에 사용되는 것이 특징인 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말은 금속분말의 조성성분인 금속소재를 각각 준비하는 1단계;
상기 금속소재를 각각 분쇄기에서 분쇄하여 금속분말로 만드는 2단계;
2단계에서 생성된 각각의 금속분말을 체질하여 지정된 입자크기의 금속분말을 분류해내는 3단계;
3단계에서 분류된 각각의 금속분말을 지정된 중량비대로 혼합하는 4단계;
공정을 포함하여 제조되는 것이 특징인 3차원 메탈프린터용 금속분말.
