상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c)가 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 블럭 A 및 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 블럭 B를 포함하고,
상기 폴리에테르 블럭 A가 폴리부틸렌 옥사이드 블럭, 폴리헥실렌 옥사이드 블럭, 폴리도데실렌 옥사이드 블럭 및 폴리헥사데실렌 옥사이드 블럭으로부터 독립적으로 선택되고,
상기 폴리에테르 블럭 B가 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 블럭, 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드 블럭 및 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드-co-프로필렌-옥사이드) 블럭으로부터 독립적으로 선택되고,
상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c) 중의 폴리에테르 블럭 A 대 폴리에테르 블럭 B의 중량 비가 10:1 내지 1:10이고,
상기 에폭시 수지 성분(a)가, 상기 매트릭스 조성물의 총 용적을 기준으로 하여, 30용적% 내지 90용적%의 양으로 존재하고;
상기 반응성 희석제 성분(b)가, 상기 매트릭스 조성물의 총 용적을 기준으로 하여, 5용적% 내지 25용적%의 양으로 존재하며;
상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c)가, 상기 매트릭스 조성물의 총 용적을 기준으로 하여, 1용적% 내지 5용적%의 양으로 존재하는, 풍차 블레이드. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 조성물이 ASTM D445-06에 기재된 방법에 의해 측정된 바와 같이 25℃에서 500cps 이하의 초기 점도를 갖고; ASTM D5045-93에 기재된 방법에 의해 측정되는 상기 매트릭스 조성물로부터 제조된 제품의 파괴 인성이, 당해 매트릭스 조성물과 동일한 초기 점도를 갖고 상기 에폭시 수지 성분(a)와 상기 반응성 희석제 성분(b)만을 포함하는 비교용 조성물로부터 제조된 제품의 파괴 인성의 적어도 150%이고; 상기 매트릭스 조성물의 점도 증가가 시간의 함수로서 동일한 온도 프로파일의 조건하에 비교용 조성물의 것보다 더 느린, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c)가 폴리(부틸렌 옥사이드)의 적어도 하나의 블럭 A 및 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)의 적어도 하나의 블럭 B를 포함하거나; 상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c)가 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)-b-폴리(부틸렌 옥사이드) 블럭 공중합체 및 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)-b-폴리(부틸렌 옥사이드)-b-폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 블럭 공중합체 중의 하나 또는 둘 다를 포함하는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양친매성 블럭 공중합체 성분(c)가, 상기 블럭 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 하나 이상의 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 블럭 5중량% 내지 30중량% 및 하나 이상의 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 블럭 70중량% 내지 95중량%를 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)-폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 블럭 공중합체를 포함하는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 블럭 공중합체가 하나 이상의 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 블럭을 20중량% 이하로 포함하고; 상기 적어도 하나의 양친매성 블럭 공중합체가 1,000 내지 30,000의 수 평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분(a)가 다가 알콜의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 다가 페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 폴리글리시딜 아민, 폴리글리시딜 아미드, 폴리글리시딜 이미드, 폴리글리시딜 히단토인, 폴리글리시딜 티오에테르, 에폭시화 지방산 또는 건성유, 에폭시화 폴리올레핀, 에폭시화 이-불포화 산 에스테르, 및 에폭시화 불포화 폴리에스테르로부터 선택되는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분(a)가 비스페놀 화합물의 디글리시딜 에테르를 적어도 하나 포함하고; 성분(a)가 100 내지 3,000의 에폭사이드 당량(epoxide equivalent weight)을 갖는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분(a)의 25℃에서의 점도가 적어도 1,000cps이고; 상기 반응성 희석제 성분(b)의 25℃에서의 점도가 100cps 이하이며; 상기 매트릭스 조성물의 25℃에서의 점도가 1,000cps 이하인, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 조성물이 하나 이상의 경화제를 추가로 포함하는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강용 섬유가 탄소 섬유, 흑연 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 석영 섬유, 산화알루미늄 섬유, 유리 섬유, 탄화규소 섬유, 또는 아라미드 섬유 중의 하나 이상을 포함하고; 상기 보강용 섬유가, 보강용 섬유 + 매트릭스의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5중량% 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 풍차 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풍차 블레이드의 길이가 적어도 20m인, 풍차 블레이드.
