Claims (10)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지; 및
고무강화 비닐계 공중합체;를 포함하며,
상기 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체는 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및 가교제를 포함하여 제조된 분지형 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는 매트릭스 중에 고무질 중합체가 분산된 열가소성 수지 조성물이며,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D638에 의거하여 두께 1/8" 시편으로 측정한 아이조드 충격강도가 20 내지 70 kgfㆍcm/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체는 방향족 비닐계 화합물, 시안화 비닐계 화합물, 상기 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 상기 가교제가 공중합된 분지형 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는 매트릭스 중에 상기 고무질 중합체가 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체는 방향족 비닐계 화합물 40 내지 90 중량%, 시안화 비닐계 화합물 5 내지 50 중량%, 상기 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 1 내지 20 중량%, 및 상기 가교제 0.1 내지 10 중량%가 공중합된 분지형 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는 매트릭스 중에 상기 고무질 중합체 1 내지 20 중량%가 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트는 에틸아크릴레이트, 프로필아크릴레이트, 헥실아크릴레이트, 및 부틸아크릴레이트 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 폴리디메틸실록산-메틸비닐실록산, 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 및 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 60 내지 95 중량%, 및 상기 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체 5 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 난연제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D1238에 의거하여 220℃ 및 10 kgf의 조건에서 측정한 용융지수가 20 내지 60 g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 및 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품.
