도 5 는 반응기로부터 켄칭 챔버로의 연결채널 안에 장착된, 흐름을 향해 정렬된 벽의 측면도 및 정면도,
도 6 은 도 1 과는 다른 본 발명의 그 밖의 실시예이다.
Claims (10)
- 애시 함유 연료를 애시의 용융온도를 초과하는 온도에서 산소 함유 가스에 의해 가스화시킴으로써 CO 또는 H2 함유 생가스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서,
가스화 반응기; 그에 연결된 가스냉각챔버; 상기 가스화 반응기 및 상기 가스냉각챔버 사이에 위치하는 연결채널 (5) 로서, 상기 가스화 반응기 및 상기 가스냉각챔버의 지름보다 작은 지름과, 상기 연결채널 (5) 안에 제공되며 다수의 냉각관에 의해 형성되는 분리된 벽면 (6) 들을 가지는 연결채널 (5); 을 포함하고,
상기 벽면 (6) 들은 가스의 소용돌이를 감소시키도록 또는 저지하도록 맞춰져 있고, 상기 벽면 (6) 들이 배치된 부분을 제외한 부분에서 좁아진 내부를 형성하기 위해, 상기 벽면 (6) 들은 상기 연결채널의 횡단면의 일부에만 걸쳐 연장되어 있으며, 상기 연결채널의 지름의 0.5 내지 4 배의 길이를 가지고,
상기 연결채널은 중력 방향으로 그의 하부 단부에 드립 에지 (15a) 를 가진 협착부 (15) 를 갖추고 있고,
추가적인 혼합 챔버 (7a) 를 형성하기 위해, 상기 협착부 (15) 는 바닥 단부에 자유 가장자리 (16a) 를 가지는 혼합관 (16) 에 의해 상기 연결채널에서 추가적으로 둘러싸여 있고,
드립 에지 (15a) 와 혼합관 (16) 의 자유 가장자리 (16a) 사이의 확장 각도 () 는 10°~ 30°의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, CO 또는 H2 함유 생가스를 제조하기 위한 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 벽면 (6) 들은 세로 방향으로 감긴 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
중력 방향으로 상기 벽면 (6) 들의 하부 단부에는, 슬래그를 수집하는 냉각된 도랑 (10) 이 슬래그를 켄칭 챔버로부터 배출시키기 위해 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
이웃한 관들의 중력 방향으로 하부 관 영역들은 수집 웨브 (14) 에 의해 가로질러진 상호 간격을 가지며, 상기 수집 웨브 (14) 는 슬래그 인출 도랑 안으로 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
테이퍼 모양의 상기 연결채널 (5) 의 지름은 가스화기 지름의 0.1 ~ 0.5 배이며, 이때 소용돌이 감소화 벽들의 수직 가장자리 모서리들에 의해 남아 있는 내부 (5a) 에서의 내부폭은 ≥ 500 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
버너 배열체의 상응하는 할선과 관련한 5 ~ 10°의 점화 각도가 제공되어 있고, 가스화기 안의 향상된 순환 및 집중적인 혼합을 달성하기 위해 다른 소용돌이 본체 및 내부 구조물이 또한 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
혼합관 (16) 의 벽의 내면은 냉각된, 하지만 스탬핑되지 않은 금속으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
그 밖의 혼합관 (16) 의 지름, 및 드립 에지 (15a) 에 대한 혼합관 (16) 의 자유 가장자리 (16a) 의 간격은 발생하는 슬래그의 응고 거동에 맞춰져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
그 밖의 혼합관 (16) 의 반경은 드립 에지 (15a) 의 반경보다 0.1 ~ 1 m 만큼 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
