Abstract
Description
또한, 상기 가로대의 가로홈은, 상기 수직홈과 직교한 상태로 결합 고정되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 체결판은, 호형홈의 홈 범위 내에서 틀어지게 위치된 상태로, 볼트를 포함하는 고정수단으로 고정되어, 온도센서의 위치가 변경되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
아울러, 상기 온도센서는 비접촉식 적외선 온도센서 또는 접촉식 온도 센서 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 표면온도 측정장치의 요부 구성도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 표면온도 측정장치를 이용하여 금형의 온도를 감지하는 모습을 나타낸 예시도.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예를 도시한 도면.
결국, 본 발명에 따른 금형 사출물 표면온도 측정장치는, 금형장치 자체에 별도의 온도 측정 장치를 설치할 필요가 없어 제작비와 제작시간을 절감할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 금형에 흡착 고정되는 흡착구(11)를 구비하며, 수직으로 연장된 수직홈(33)을 가지고, 로봇이송장치(10)에 지지되는 지주대(14)와,
상기 지주대(14)의 수직홈(33)에 지지된 상태로 수직홈(33)의 길이방향을 따라 승강하고, 수평으로 연장된 가로홈(31)을 갖는 가로대(30)와,
상기 가로대(30)에 고정되며 수평방향으로 연장되는 전후진축(18)과,
상기 전후진축(18)에 위치조절 가능하게 고정되는 브라켓(17)과,
상기 브라켓(17)에 고정되며 대상물의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(2)를 포함하고,
상기 브라켓(17)은, 호형홈(20)이 형성되어 있는 조절구(15)를 갖추고 있으며, 조절구(15)의 하부에는 상기 온도센서(2)를 구비한 체결판(22)이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 사출물 표면온도 측정장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가로대(30)의 가로홈(31)은, 상기 수직홈(33)과 직교한 상태로 결합 고정되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 사출물 표면온도 측정장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 체결판(22)은, 호형홈(20)의 홈 범위 내에서 틀어지게 위치된 상태로, 볼트를 포함하는 고정수단으로 고정되어, 온도센서(2)의 위치가 변경되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 사출물 표면온도 측정장치 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 온도센서(2)는 비접촉식 적외선 온도센서 또는 접촉식 온도 센서 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 사출물 표면온도 측정장치
