Claims (30)
- 20 내지 200 마이크로미터 범위의 두께를 가지는 광 투과성 기판,
기판 상에 배치된 3 내지 5 마이크로미터 범위의 두께를 가지는 고굴절률층 - 고굴절률층은 적어도 2개의 방향족 고리와 2개의 고리 각각에 결합된 알콕실화된 (메트)아크릴레이트 기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 다이(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 또는 올리고머를 함유하는 중합성 수지 조성물의 반응 생성물인 가교결합된 유기 물질 중에 분산된 적어도 1.60의 굴절률을 갖는 적어도 60 중량%의 무기 나노입자를 함유함 -, 및
고굴절률층에 결합된 저굴절률 표면층을 포함하고,
고굴절률층이 6 ㎜ 크기의 맨드릴을 사용하여 ISO 1519에 따라 시험할 때 균열이 생기지 않는 것인 반사 방지 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 다이(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 또는 올리고머가 중합성 수지의 적어도 11 중량% 고형물의 양으로 존재하는 반사 방지 필름. - 삭제
