Claims (6)
- 슬러지저장탱크(1)와,
슬러지저장탱크(1) 내의 슬러지를 공급하는 슬러지호퍼(2)와,
슬러지호퍼(2)로부터 공급받은 슬러지를 섭씨 1500도 내지 섭씨 2100도에서 건조시키는 초고온건조로(3)와,
초고온건조로(3)에서 발생되는 가스를 섭씨 1500도 이상의 고온에서 연소시키는 연소기(4)와,
연소기에서 연소된 연소열을 공급받아 스팀을 양산하는 보일러(5)를 포함하고,
상기 연소기(4)는, 연소기에 연료 공급을 위한 연료저장고(9)와, 연료저장고(9)의 연료를 정량 공급하는 연료정량공급기(10)와, 연료정량공급기(10)로부터 정량된 연료를 연소기(4)에 투입하는 연료투입기(11)를 포함하며,
상기 초고온건조로(3)에서 건조된 슬러지는 배출슬러지호퍼(22)로 보내어진 후, 폐슬러지탱크(23)로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고온슬러지 건조장치를 갖는 스팀발전시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연소기(4)에서 연소되어 발생하는 먼지는 집진기(6)로 보내어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고온슬러지 건조장치를 갖는 스팀발전시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 집진기(6)는 백필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고온슬러지 건조장치를 갖는 스팀발전시스템. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연소기(4)에 공급되는 연료는 나무펠릿인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고온슬러지 건조장치를 갖는 스팀발전시스템. - 삭제
