Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 15 중량% 미만의 베타 제올라이트를 포함하는 수소화분해 촉매의 존재하에서, 중질 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소화분해하여 382℃(720℉) 미만의 온도에서 비등하는 40 중량% 이상의 탄화수소를 포함하는 수소화분해기 유출물을 수득하는 단로서, 상기 베타 제올라이트는 실리카:알루미나 몰비가 30:1 미만이고, SF6 흡착 용량이 28 중량% 이상인 것인 단계, 및
b) 수소화분해기 유출물에서 유래하는 고비등 분획으로서 18℃(65℉) 이하의 유동점을 갖는 미전환유를 분리하는 단계
를 포함하는 윤활기유(lube base stock)의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 윤활기유는 단계(b)에서 분리된 미전환유의 비재순환 부분을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 윤활기유는 100 이상의 점도 지수를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미전환유의 비재순환 부분을 수소처리(hydrofinishing)함으로써, 윤활기유가 90 중량% 이상의 포화 탄화수소를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중질 탄화수소 공급원료는 감압 경유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중질 탄화수소 공급원료는 단계(b)에서 분리된 미전환유의 재순환 부분을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화분해는, 니켈, 코발트, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 금속을 포함하는 상기 수소화분해 촉매의 존재 하에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- a) 수소화분해 촉매를 함유하는 수소화분해 구역에서 감압 경유 및 미전환유의 순환 부분을 포함하는 중질 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소화분해하여 382℃(720℉) 미만의 온도에서 비등하는 55 중량% 이상의 탄화수소를 포함하는 수소화분해기 유출물을 수득하는 단계;
b) 상기 수소화분해기 유출물의 적어도 일부를 플래쉬 분리기에 통과시켜 (i) 액체 탑저 생성물으로서, 18℃(65℉) 이하의 유동점을 갖는 미전환유, 및 (ii) 증기 탑상 생성물을 수득하는 단계;
c) 상기 미전환유의 재순환 부분을 수소화분해 구역으로 재순환시키는 단계; 및
d) 미전환유의 비재순환 부분을 수소처리하여 비재순환 부분 중의 불포화 탄화수소 함량을 감소시키고 윤활기유를 제공하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 수소화분해 촉매는 베타 제올라이트 상에 침착된, 니켈, 코발트, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 금속을 포함하고, 상기 수소화분해 촉매는 15 중량% 미만의 베타 제올라이트를 포함하고, 상기 베타 제올라이트는 실리카:알루미나 몰비가 30:1 미만이고, SF6 흡착 용량이 28 중량% 이상인 것인 윤활기유의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 수득된 미전환유는 수소화이성화 또는 탈랍을 거치지 않는 것인 방법.
