Claims (16)
- 승모판막 서클라지 시술에서, 관상정맥동과 우심실 사이의 심실 중격을 천공하여, RVOT 와이어를 우심실로 유도하기 위한 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치에 있어서,
튜브 형상으로 이루어지고, 전방 일측에 홀이 형성된 몸체와,
상기 몸체에 삽입되어 상기 홀을 통해 전후진 가능하며, 전면부는 뽀족한 형상을 지니는 니들(needle)과,
상기 홀의 대향되는 지점에 위치하여, 상기 니들을 전진시켜 심실 중격(interventricular septum)을 천공시에 몸체가 뒤로 밀리는 것을 막기 위해 몸체를 받치는 고정체를 포함하되,
상기 니들의 내부에는 RVOT 와이어가 이동가능한 구멍이 형성되고, 상기 RVOT 와이어는 니들의 구멍을 통해 니들 내부를 따라 전후진 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니들을 전후진시켜 심실 중격(interventricular septum)을 천공할 수 있도록 외부에서 상기 니들을 조작할 수 있는 조작수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정체는 외부에서 바람을 불어넣어 부풀릴 수 있는 풍선(ballon)인 것을 특징으로 하는 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 풍선을 부풀릴 수 있도록 외부에서 상기 풍선에 바람을 불어넣는 펌프를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
심실 중격(interventricular septum)의 천공지점을 시각적으로 확인할 있도록, 상기 풍선 내에 조영재를 주입할 수 있는 주입수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치. - 승모판막 서클라지 시술에서, 관상정맥동과 우심실 사이의 심실 중격을 천공하여, RVOT 와이어를 우심실로 유도하기 위한 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 천공장치에 있어서,
상기 천공장치는
튜브 형상으로 이루어지고, 전방 일측에 홀이 형성된 몸체와,
상기 몸체에 삽입되어 상기 홀을 통해 전후진 가능하며, 전면부는 뽀족한 형상을 지니는 니들(needle)를 포함하되,
