- 태양전지 패널의 출력 버스바와 케이블 사이에 개재되어 전기적으로 연결하는 태양전지 패널용 정션박스로서,
상기 정션박스는,
내부에 수납공간이 형성되고 전면과 후면이 관통된 하우징;
상기 하우징의 상기 출력 버스바 측에 설치된 버스바 단자; 및
상기 하우징의 전면에서 삽입되어 분리가능하게 결합하는 다이오드 블록을 포함하고,
상기 다이오드 블록은,
상기 정션박스의 전면을 덮는 커버;
상기 커버에 수납되어 고정되고 상기 버스바 단자와 상기 케이블의 접속단자를 전기적으로 연결하는 다수의 커넥터; 및
상기 커넥터를 전기적으로 병렬로 연결하는 다수의 바이패스 다이오드로 구성되며,
상기 하우징의 후면에서, 상기 수납공간을 둘러싸는 측벽 상단을 따라 그루우브가 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 상기 출력 버스바 측에 안착 홈이 형성되고, 이에 대향하는 측벽 상단에 인입 홈이 형성되어 상기 그루우브와 연결되며,
상기 안착 홈과 상기 인입 홈에 각각 상기 버스바 단자와 상기 접속단자가 장착된 상태에서, 상기 그루우브와 상기 인입 홈, 및 상기 안착 홈에 핫멜트(hot melt)가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 패널용 정션박스.
