Abstract
일측이 개방된 구형의 커버; 상기 커버의 개방부측에 장착되는 절연 방열판; 상기 절연 방열판의 저면에 부착되는 LED모듈이 장착된 LED 기판부; 상기 절연 방열판의 배면측에 안착되는 절연 방수조인트; 및 상기 상부조인트의 타측에 부착되는 절연 전원커넥터부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연방열판이 구비된 LED 등을 제공한다. 본 발명은 방열판을 절연이 가능한 수지성 물질을 함유한 절연물질로 구성함으로써, 별도의 절연물질을 사용하지 않기 때문에 열방출을 용이하다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (6)
- 일측이 개방된 구형의 커버;
상기 커버의 개방부측에 장착되는 절연 방열판;
상기 절연 방열판의 저면에 부착되는 LED모듈이 장착된 LED 기판부;
상기 절연 방열판의 배면측에 안착되는 절연 방수조인트; 및
상기 절연 방수조인트의 타측에 배치되는 절연 전원커넥터부;
로 이루어지며,
상기 절연 방열판은,
베이스판과 상기 베이스판에 방사상으로 부착되는 다수의 방열핀으로 구성되며,
상기 방열핀은, 상기 베이스판의 외측 가장자리에서는 상부로 경사져 형성되고, 내측에서는 상부로 수직 연장되어 형성되며, 상기 방열핀의 상단은 내측으로 단턱부가 형성되어, 상기 단턱부에 상기 절연 방수조인트가 안착되며,
상기 절연 전원커넥터부는, 상기 방열핀 상단과 상기 절연 방수조인트의 상단에 안착되어 접착되는 접착부와, 상기 접착부에서 상부로 연장되면서 경사져 형성되는 연장부와, 상기 연장부의 상단에 형성되는 조인트부와, 상기 조인트부의 외주면을 감싸면서 부착되고 외주면에는 나사산이 형성된 전도성 금속으로 이루어진 체결부로 구성되며,
상기 절연 전원커넥터부의 내측은 공동부로 이루어지고, 상기 연장부의 내주면에는 한 쌍의 볼트안착부가 마련되되, 상기 LED 기판부, 절연 방열판, 절연 방수조인트 및 절연 전원커넥터부는 볼트에 의해 서로 연결되며,
상기 절연 방열판, 상기 절연 방수조인트 및 상기 절연 전원커넥터부는, 폴리락티드 30 ~ 65 중량%와, 그라파이트 30 ~ 50 중량%와, 산화알루미늄 5 ~ 20 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연방열판이 구비된 LED 등. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방열핀 중 서로 마주보는 어느 한쌍의 방열핀에는 볼트관통부가 형성되고, 어느 하나의 방열핀에는 전선관통부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연방열판이 구비된 LED 등.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 절연 방수조인트는, 하부판과, 상기 하부판의 가장자리를 따라 형성된 링부와, 상기 링부의 외주면에 형성된 가이드부로 구성되어 상기 단턱부에 안착되되,
상기 방열핀은 상기 가이드부에 삽입되어 상기 절연 방수조인트가 고정 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연방열판이 구비된 LED 등.
