Abstract
다른 양상으로는, 다이와, 열로 경화될 수 있는 열경화성 레진이 함침된 보강 섬유가 포함된 연속 물질을 다이로 견인하기 위한 견인 장치와, 연속된 물질의 제1부분이 다이 내로 견인되었을 때, 상기 제1부분을 적어도 열경화성 레진의 경화 온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 제1부분을 전자기 마이크로파 필드에 종속시키기 위한 마이크로파 생성기와, 연속된 물질의 제2부분이 다이 내로 견인되었을 때, 상기 제2부분이 경화 온도까지 가열되지 않도록 전자기 마이크로파 필드를 감소시키도록 마이크로파 생성기를 제어하는 제어기를 포함하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 장치를 제공한다.

Claims (15)
- 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
열로 경화될 수 있는 열경화성 레진이 함침된(imprenated) 보강 섬유가 포함된 연속된 물질의 제1부분을 다이로 견인하는 단계;
제1부분을 적어도 열경화성 레진의 경화 온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 다이 내에서 제1부분을 전자기 마이크로파 필드에 종속시키는 단계;
연속된 물질의 제2부분을 다이로 견인하는 단계; 그리고
상기 제2부분이 경화 온도까지 가열되지 않도록 다이 내의 전자기 마이크로파 필드를 감소시키는 단계;
를 포함하며,
전자기 마이크로파 필드는 상기 전자기 마이크로파 필드를 감소시키는 단계에서 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1부분을 견인하는 단계와 제2부분을 견인하는 단계는 연속된 물질을 계속적으로 다이로 견인하는 것에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
연속된 물질의 제2부분의 모양을 고치는 단계; 그리고
상기 제2부분을 적어도 열경화성 레진의 경화 온도까지 가열하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
제2부분을 가열하는 단계는 제2부분을 추가적인 전자기 마이크로파 필드에 종속시키는 것에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 모양을 고치는 단계는 계속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 모양을 고치는 단계는
연속된 물질을 복수개의 풀리들 사이로 가이드 하는 단계; 그리고
상기 풀리들 중 적어도 하나를 연속된 물질의 길이 방향에 수직인 리셰입핑 방향으로 이동시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 모양을 고치는 단계는 연속된 물질의 적어도 제2부분을 스탬핑 프레스로 찍어 내는 것에 의하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 모양을 고치는 단계는 스탬핑 프레스를 연속된 물질과 함께 이동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
제2부분을 가열하는 단계는 제2부분의 모양을 고치는 단계와 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 장치에 있어서,
다이;
열로 경화될 수 있는 열경화성 레진이 함침된 보강 섬유가 포함된 연속 물질을 다이로 견인하기 위한 견인 장치;
연속된 물질의 제1부분이 다이 내로 견인되었을 때, 상기 제1부분을 적어도 열경화성 레진의 경화 온도까지 가열하기 위하여 상기 제1부분을 전자기 마이크로파 필드에 종속시키기 위한 마이크로파 생성기; 그리고
연속된 물질의 제2부분이 다이 내로 견인되었을 때, 상기 제2부분이 경화 온도까지 가열되지 않도록 전자기 마이크로파 필드를 감소시키도록 마이크로파 생성기를 제어하는 제어기;
를 포함하며,
제2부분의 모양을 고치기 위한 리셰입핑 장치; 그리고
상기 제2부분을 적어도 열경화성 레진의 경화 온도까지 가열하기 위한 가열 장치;
를 더 포함하고,
상기 리셰입핑 장치는
연속된 물질을 가이드 하기 위한 복수개의 풀리; 그리고
상기 풀리들 중 적어도 하나를 연속된 물질의 길이 방향에 수직인 리셰입핑 방향으로 이동시키기 위한 이동 장치;
를 포함하는 섬유 강화 열경화성 제품을 제조하는 장치. - 삭제
