Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 예시적 실시예에 따른 초음파 모터 전체를 나타내는 사시도다.
도 2는 제1 예시적 실시예에 따른 초음파 모터를 분해한 상태를 나타내는 사시도다.
도 3은 제1 예시적 실시예에 따른 진동판과 제1 유지 부재가 어떻게 연결되는지를 나타내는 확대 사시도다.
도 4a 및 4b는 제1 예시적 실시예에 따른 각 부재를 조립된 상태로 나타내는 확대 단면도다.
도 5는 로터(rotor)가 기울 때 제1 예시적 실시예에 따른 초음파 모터를 나타내는 확대 단면도다.
도 6a 및 6b는 본 발명의 제2 예시적 실시예에 따른 각 부재를 조립된 상태로 나타내는 확대 단면도다.
도 7은 초음파 모터가 렌즈 경통에 설치될 때의 단면을 나타낸다.
Claims (6)
- 진동을 발생하는 진동자;
상기 진동자를 유지하는 제1 유지 부재;
상기 진동자를 가압하는 가압수단;
상기 가압수단의 힘이 전달되는 제2 유지 부재; 및
상기 제1 유지 부재 및 상기 제2 유지 부재를 유지하는 기틀을 구비하고,
상기 가압수단의 상기 힘은 상기 제2 유지 부재를 통해 상기 진동자에 전달되고,
상기 제1 유지 부재는 상기 기틀에 대하여 경사 가능하고,
상기 제1 유지 부재와 상기 제2 유지 부재는, 상기 가압수단의 상기 힘이 전달되는 방향으로 상대적으로 이동 가능한, 초음파 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유지 부재는 상기 진동자의 양단근방을 유지하고, 상기 제2 유지 부재는 상기 진동자의 중앙부근을 유지하는, 초음파 모터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유지 부재는 개구부를 갖고, 상기 제2 유지 부재는 상기 개구부에 배치되는, 초음파 모터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유지 부재는, 상기 제2 유지 부재보다 상기 진동자의 진동에 대한 감쇠능력이 높은 재료로 제조된, 초음파 모터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유지 부재는, 상기 제1 유지 부재보다 강도가 높은 재료로 제조된, 초음파 모터.
