Description
Claims (14)
- 디스플레이장치에 있어서,좌안 영상과 우안 영상을 프레임 단위로 교호적으로 주사하는 유기발광패널과;외부의 셔터안경의 좌안 셔터와 우안 셔터를 개폐시키기 위한 제어신호를 상기 셔터안경으로 출력하는 신호송신부와;상기 좌안 셔터와 상기 우안 셔터의 개폐 상태가 서로 반대가 되도록 상기 신호송신부를 제어하고, 상기 좌안 셔터와 상기 우안 셔터 중 어느 하나가 개방될 때 개방되는 셔터에 대응하는 영상은 표시되고 개방되는 셔터에 상반되는 영상은 표시되지 않도록 상기 유기발광패널의 발광을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며,상기 제어부는 상기 좌안 영상 또는 상기 우안 영상이 상기 유기발광패널에 주사되는 동안 상기 유기발광패널은 비발광 상태가 되고, 주사가 완료된 상기 좌안 영상 또는 상기 우안 영상이 유지되는 동안 상기 유기발광패널이 발광 상태가 되도록 상기 유기발광패널을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 좌안 영상 또는 우안 영상이 유지되는 구간은 수직블랭크구간(vertical blank interval)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유기발광패널은,발광층과,영상에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 수신하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와,상기 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동전압이 공급되는 구동전압원에 연결되며, 상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전류가 상기 발광층에 흐르도록 하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 비발광 상태 동안 상기 구동전압이 상기 구동 트랜지스터에 공급되는 것을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 개방되는 셔터에 대응하는 영상이 표시되는 발광 영역이 상기 유기발광패널의 상부에서 하부로 이동하도록 상기 유기발광패널을 제어하고,상기 유기발광패널 중 상기 발광 영역을 제외한 나머지 부분은 비발광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 유기발광패널은,발광층과,영상에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 수신하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와,상기 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동전압을 제공하는 구동전압원에 연결되며, 상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전류가 상기 발광층에 흐르도록 하는 구동 트랜지스터와;상기 구동 트랜지스터와 상기 발광층 사이에 연결되며, 상기 전류의 흐름을 단속하는 전류단속 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 인가한 후 소정 시간이 경과하면 상기 발광층에 상기 전류가 흐르지 않도록 상기 전류단속 트랜지스터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 좌안 셔터 또는 상기 우안 셔터가 개방되어 있는 시간과 폐쇄되어 있는 시간은 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 좌안 셔터 또는 우안 셔터가 개방되어 있는 시간은 프레임 주기와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 삭제
- 좌안 영상과 우안 영상을 프레임 단위로 교호적으로 주사하는 유기발광패널을 포함하는 디스플레이장치의 제어방법에 있어서,외부의 셔터안경의 좌안 셔터와 우안 셔터를 서로 반대로 개폐시키기 위한 제어신호를 생성하여 출력하는 단계와;상기 좌안 셔터와 상기 우안 셔터 중 어느 하나가 개방될 때, 개방되는 셔터에 대응하는 영상은 표시되고, 개방되는 셔터에 상반되는 영상은 표시되지 않도록 상기 유기발광패널의 발광을 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광을 제어하는 단계는 상기 좌안 영상 또는 상기 우안 영상이 상기 유기발광패널에 주사되는 동안 상기 유기발광패널이 비발광 상태가 되고, 주사가 완료된 상기 좌안 영상 또는 상기 우안 영상이 유지되는 동안 상기 유기발광패널이 발광 상태가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 유기발광패널은 발광층과, 영상에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 수신하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동전압이 공급되는 구동전압원에 연결되며, 상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전류가 상기 발광층에 흐르도록 하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 발광을 제어하는 단계는 상기 비발광 상태 동안 상기 구동전압이 상기 구동 트랜지스터에 공급되는 것을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 제어방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 발광을 제어하는 단계는 상기 좌안 셔터 또는 상기 우안 셔터가 개방되는 동안 상기 좌안 영상 또는 상기 우안 영상이 표시되는 발광 영역을 상기 유기발광패널의 상부에서 하부로 이동시키는 것을 포함하고,상기 유기발광패널 중 상기 발광 영역을 제외한 나머지 부분은 비발광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 제어방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 유기발광패널은, 발광층과, 영상에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 수신하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동전압을 제공하는 구동전압원에 연결되며 상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전류가 상기 발광층에 흐르도록 하는 구동 트랜지스터와; 상기 구동 트랜지스터와 상기 발광층 사이에 연결되며 상기 전류의 흐름을 단속하는 전류단속 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 유기발광패널을 제어하는 단계는 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 인가한 후 소정 시간이 경과하면 상기 전류가 흐르지 않도록 상기 전류단속 트랜지스터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 제어방법.
