Claims (11)
- 광을 발생하는 발광 다이오드 칩;상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 보호하기 위해 상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 감싸는 형태로 이루어진 몰드부; 및상기 몰드부는 상기 발광 다이오드 칩에서 발생된 광이 입사되는 경계면에 상기 광을 집광시키는 집광 패턴을 포함하고,상기 집광 패턴은 상기 몰드부의 경계면 상에 부착된 제1 집광 패턴과, 상기 제1 집광 패턴들의 골 사이에 배치된 제2 집광 패턴들로 구성된 이중 층으로 이루어지는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 집광 패턴은 삼각형 형태의 프리즘 모양을 갖고, 각각의 프리즘 모양 사이에는 골을 갖는 형태로 이루어지는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 집광 패턴은 상기 몰드부와 함께 금형 제작시에 롤러를 이용하여 형성되는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 집광 패턴은 레진(resin), PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) 및 PC(Poly Carbonate) 중 어느 하나를 포토 공정을 이용하여 패터닝하여 상기 몰드부의 경계면 상에 부착되는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드 칩은 청색 광을 발생하는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 몰드부는 상기 청색 광을 여기시켜 백색 광을 구현하는 노란색 인광 물질을 포함하는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 집광 패턴은 둥근 모양, 오각형, 육각형 및 팔각형의 형태 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 삭제
- 광을 발생하는 발광 다이오드 칩;상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 보호하기 위해 상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 감싸는 형태로 이루어진 몰드부;상기 발광 다이오드 칩에서 발생된 광을 확산 및 집광 시키는 광학 시트류;상기 광학 시트류에서 확산 및 집광된 광을 이용하여 화상을 표시하는 액정패널; 및상기 몰드부는 상기 발광 다이오드 칩에서 발생된 광이 입사되는 경계면에 상기 광을 집광시키는 집광 패턴을 포함하고,상기 집광 패턴은 그룹을 이루어 구분되며,상기 집광 패턴은 상기 몰드부의 경계면 상에 부착된 제1 집광 패턴과, 상기 제1 집광 패턴들의 골 사이에 배치된 제2 집광 패턴들로 구성된 이중 층으로 이루어지는 액정표시장치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 집광 패턴은 둥근 모양, 오각형, 육각형 및 팔각형의 형태 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 액정표시장치.
