Claims (11)
- 고정된 굴절률을 갖는 제1 광학필터; 및제2 광학필터;를 포함하고,상기 제2 광학필터는,굴절률이 다르고 교번 적층된 복수의 비가변 굴절률층; 및굴절률 가변층;을 포함하는 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 광학필터는 제1 굴절률의 제1 층과 상기 제1 굴절률과 다른 제2 굴절률의 제2 층을 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 층은 적어도 한 번 교번 적층되는 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 광학필터는 복수의 굴절률 가변층을 포함하는 광 이미지 셔터.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 굴절률 가변층에 전기장을 인가하기 위한 투명전극을 더포함하는 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 광학필터는 로-패스 필터, 하이-패스 필터, 밴드 패스 필터, 모노 크로매틱 필터, 노치 필터, 쉐이프 필터 및 페브리-페럿 간섭 필터 중 어느 하나인 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제2 광학필터는 가변 로-패스 필터, 가변 하이-패스 필터, 가변 밴드 패스 필터, 가변 모노 크로매틱 필터, 가변 노치 필터, 가변 쉐이프 필터 및 가변 페브리-페럿 간섭 필터 중 어느 하나인 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 광학필터는 분리 또는 결합된 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 굴절률 가변층은 전기 광학 효과(Electro-Optical effect)를 갖는 물질층인 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 광학필터가 분리된 경우, 상기 제1 및 제2 광학필터는 동일 광 축 상에서 서로 평행하거나 하나가 나머지에 대해 기울어져 있는 광 이미지 셔터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 광학필터 사이에 다른 광학요소가 더 구비된 광 이미지 셔터.
