도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트의 제조방법의 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트의 제조방법 중 니들펀칭 공정도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트의 제조방법 중 요철구조형성 공정도이다.

Claims (8)
- 단섬유로 제조되는 기능성 시트에 있어서,
상기 단섬유는 폴리올레핀 단섬유이며,
상기 시트는 상기 폴리올레핀 단섬유가 니들펀칭에 의해 결합되어 단일층으로 형성되며,
상기 시트의 적어도 일면에 복수의 요철 구조를 가지며,
상기 요철 구조의 볼록부 하나의 상부 면적이 0.5 - 6 ㎟이며, 상기 볼록부 전체의 상부 면적은 상기 볼록부가 형성된 시트 면적의 30 - 70 %이고,
상기 시트가 지면의 상부 또는 하부에 설치되는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 단섬유가 폴리에틸렌 단섬유, 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 또는 폴리아이소뷰틸렌 단섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 요철 구조의 볼록부와 인접하는 오목부의 높이의 차가 0.5 - 8 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 요철 구조의 볼록부 또는 오목부의 형상이 "┓"자형 또는 "┗"자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 요철 구조의 볼록부 또는 오목부 상에 골을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 단위면적당 중량이 30 - 600 g/㎡이고, 최대두께가 2 - 20 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 방초용, 토목용, 또는 건축용인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 안정화용 기능성 시트.
