Claims (5)
- 휠로더 버켓의 풀 크라우드 디텐트 장치에 있어서,버켓을 동작시키는 조이스틱 레버를 전원이 공급되는 동안에 래치시키기 위한 버켓 위치 유지 수단;상기 버켓의 회전 각도를 검출하는 각도 센서로부터 버켓 각도값을 획득하여 상기 버켓의 위치를 검출하기 위한 버켓 위치 검출 수단;상기 검출된 버켓의 위치가 적재 위치 또는 최대 크라우드 위치인지를 판단하기 위한 버켓 위치 판단 수단; 및상기 판단된 버켓의 위치에 따라 상기 전원 공급을 제어하는 버켓 디텐트 제어 수단을 포함하며,상기 버켓 위치 판단 수단은, 상기 버켓의 위치가 제1 공차 위치부터 적재 위치이거나 제2 공차 위치부터 최대 크라우드 위치까지이면 상기 전원의 오프 구간으로 판단하고, 상기 버켓의 위치가 최대 덤프 위치부터 상기 제1 공차 위치이거나 적재 위치부터 상기 제2 공차 위치까지이면 상기 전원의 온 구간으로 판단하며,상기 제1 공차 위치는, 적재 위치에서 공차를 뺀 위치이고,상기 제2 공차 위치는, 최대 크라우드 위치에서 공차를 뺀 위치인 휠로더 버켓의 풀 크라우드 디텐트 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버켓 위치 판단 수단은,상기 버켓의 위치가 최대 덤프 위치부터 크라우드 방향으로 디텐트되는 적재 위치 또는 최대 크라우드 위치인지에 따라 상기 전원의 온 구간 및 오프 구간을 판단하는 휠로더 버켓의 풀 크라우드 디텐트 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버켓 위치 검출 수단은,상기 버켓을 동작시키는 적어도 하나의 회전축에 설치된 각도 센서로부터 버켓 각도값을 획득하여 상기 버켓의 위치를 검출하는 휠로더 버켓의 풀 크라우드 디텐트 장치.
