도 2는 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정을 도시한 설명도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정 중, 특히 그린 시트의 성형 공정을 도시한 설명도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 영구 자석의 제조 공정 중, 특히 그린 시트의 가열 공정 및 자장 배향 공정을 도시한 설명도이다.
도 5는 그린 시트의 면 내 수직 방향에 자장을 배향하는 예에 대해서 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 자석 분말을 성형한 성형체를 가압 소결 장치의 소결형에 설치하는 공정과,
상기 가압 소결 장치의 소결형에 설치된 상기 성형체를 가압 소결에 의해 소결하는 공정을 갖고,
상기 가압 소결 장치의 소결형은 적어도 일 방향에 대하여, 가압된 상기 성형체의 일부가 유입되는 유입 구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압 소결 장치는 복수의 소결형을 구비하고,
복수개의 상기 성형체를 동시에 가압 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유입 구멍은 직경 1㎜ 내지 5㎜의 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유입 구멍은 가압 소결을 행할 때의 가압 방향에 대향하는 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 가압 소결하는 공정에서는 1축 가압 소결에 의해 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체를 가압 소결하는 공정에서는 통전 소결에 의해 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 상기 자석 분말과 결합제가 혼합된 혼합물을 시트 형상으로 성형한 그린 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 방법. - 자석 분말로 분쇄된 자석 원료를 성형한 성형체를 가압 소결 장치의 소결형에 설치해서 가압 소결에 의해 소결하는 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 장치이며,
상기 가압 소결 장치의 소결형은 적어도 일 방향에 대하여, 가압된 상기 성형체의 일부가 유입되는 유입 구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 가압 소결 장치는 복수의 소결형을 구비하고,
복수개의 상기 성형체를 동시에 가압 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유입 구멍은 직경 1㎜ 내지 5㎜의 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류 영구 자석의 제조 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
