Claims (5)
- 공기흡입부와, 상기 공기흡입부에서 공기가 유입되고, 내부에는 전해질 용액이 담겨 전기화학적 반응이 일어나는 전해 셀; 및 상기 전해질 용액이 담겨지고, 상기 전해 셀에서 발생된 산소를 사용자에게 제공되게 하는 산소발생부;로 이루어진 산소 발생장치에 있어서,
상기 전해 셀은,
평판형상의 양극판과, 평판형상의 음극판을 구비하는 전극부; 및
내부에 상기 전해질 용액이 담겨지고 상기 전극부를 고정시키는 공간분리부, 및 상기 전해질 용액을 상기 공기흡입부 및 상기 산소발생부 측으로의 누수를 막으면서 상기 전극부에 의해 발생된 산소를 상기 산소발생부 측으로 투과되게 하는 기액투과부를 구비하는 전해조로 이루어지며,
상기 공간분리부는, 상기 음극판과 상기 공기흡입부 사이에 배치되는 음극부공간분리막과, 상기 양극판과 상기 산소발생부 사이에 배치되는 양극부공간분리막과, 상기 음극판과 상기 양극판 사이에 배치되는 중간공간분리막으로 이루어지며, 상기 음극부공간분리막에는 상기 공기흡입부로부터 공기가 유입될 수 있도록 공기유입공이 형성되고, 상기 양극부공간분리막에는 상기 산소발생부에서 상기 전해질 용액이 순환됨과 아울러 발생된 산소가스를 상기 산소발생부 측으로 안내하는 산소배출공이 형성되며, 상기 중간공간분리막에는 상기 전해질 용액이 순환될 수 있도록 순환공이 형성되고, 상기 공기흡입부에는 상기 공기유입공과 연결되는 공기안내공이 형성되며, 상기 산소발생부의 일측면 상에는 상기 산소배출공과 연결되는 산소안내공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 산소 발생장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극판은 산소 발생 시 활성화 전위를 낮출 수 있도록 니켈, 백금, 이리듐 중 어느 하나로 제조되는 전극;, 또는 니켈, 백금, 이리듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 2종 이상의 합금으로 제조된 전극;, 또는 니켈, 백금, 이리듐 중 어느 하나의 금속산화물로 제조된 전극;, 또는 니켈, 백금, 이리듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 2종 이상의 금속산화물로 제조된 전극이며, 상기 음극판은 탄소로 구성된 기체 투과성 전극으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 산소 발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 용액은 pH 12 이상의 강염기인 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 산소 발생장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기액투과부는 상기 음극판과 상기 음극부공간분리막 사이에 배치되어 상기 전해질 용액이 상기 공기흡입부 측으로 누수되는 것을 막으면서 상기 공기흡입부 측에서 안내되는 공기를 투과시키는 음극부기액투과막과, 상기 양극판과 상기 양극부공간분리막 사이에 배치되어 상기 전해질 용액이 상기 산소발생부 측으로 누수되는 것을 막으면서 발생된 산소가스를 상기 산소발생부 측으로 투과시키는 양극부기액투과막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 산소 발생장치.
