도 2는 소관재를 심금에 고정하는 공정을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 스피닝 가공을 행하는 공정을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는 스피닝 가공 후의 실린더 튜브를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 5는 실린더 튜브에 제1 급배 포트, 제2 급배 포트 및 보유 지지 부재를 장착한 상태를 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 원통 형상의 실린더 튜브와, 일단부가 실린더 튜브의 외측으로 연장되는 피스톤 로드와, 상기 피스톤 로드를 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 축지지하여 상기 실린더 튜브의 한쪽 개구 단부를 폐색하는 제1 폐색 부재와, 상기 실린더 튜브의 다른 쪽 개구 단부를 폐색하는 제2 폐색 부재를 구비하고, 상기 실린더 튜브에의 유체압의 급배에 따라서 상기 피스톤 로드가 이동함으로써 신축 작동하는 유체압 실린더이며,
상기 실린더 튜브는, 상기 제1 폐색 부재 및 제2 폐색 부재로부터 축방향 내측 그리고 상기 제1 폐색 부재 및 상기 제2 폐색 부재의 근방의 부위에 있는 축방향 양단부를 갖고, 상기 실린더 튜브에 있어서의 상기 축방향 양단부로부터 내측의 중간 영역에는, 상기 축방향 양단부보다 소직경인 소직경부가, 상기 실린더 튜브의 축방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고, 스피닝 가공에 의해 복수 형성되고,
상기 중간 영역에 형성된 복수의 상기 소직경부 사이의 외주면에는, 상기 실린더 튜브 내에 유체압을 급배하는 배관을 보유 지지하는 보유 지지 부재가 설치되어 있는, 유체압 실린더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축방향 양단부의 외주면에는, 상기 실린더 튜브 내에 유체압을 급배하는 급배 포트가 용접 고정되는, 유체압 실린더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간 영역에 설치된 복수의 상기 소직경부의 외경은 동일한, 유체압 실린더. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 축방향 양단부의 외경과 상기 중간 영역에 있어서의 상기 소직경부 이외의 부분의 외경은 동일한, 유체압 실린더. - 제1항에 기재된 유체압 실린더를 제조하는 제조 방법이며,
상기 실린더 튜브 내에 심금을 끼움 삽입하는 공정과,
상기 실린더 튜브를 회전시키고, 종동 회전하는 롤러를 상기 실린더 튜브의 외주면에 대해 압박 접촉시키면서, 상기 실린더 튜브와 상기 롤러를 상기 실린더 튜브의 축방향으로 상대 이동시켜, 상기 실린더 튜브의 외경을 직경 축소시키는 스피닝 가공을 행하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 스피닝 가공을 행하는 공정은, 상기 중간 영역에 상기 스피닝 가공에 의해 복수의 소직경부를 형성하는, 유체압 실린더를 제조하는 제조 방법.
