- 서열번호 1, 3 또는 5의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 리파아제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바실러스 푸밀러스 유래인 것을 특징으로 하는 리파아제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 40℃와 pH 9.0에서 최고의 활성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 리파아제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30℃ 또는 pH 6~11에서 40% 이상의 안정성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리파아제.
- 제1항에 있어서, C8~C12인 기질에 대해 특이성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리파아제.
- 제1항의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 리파아제 유전자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 2, 4 또는 6의 염기서열로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제6항의 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제6항의 유전자 또는 제8항의 재조합 벡터가 숙주 미생물에 도입되어 있는 재조합 미생물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 숙주 미생물은 대장균 또는 바실러스 속 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 미생물.
- 제9항의 재조합 미생물을 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서열번호 1, 3 또는 5의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 리파아제의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 리파아제를 함유하는 지질 또는 지방 분해용 조성물.
- 제1항의 리파아제를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질 또는 지방의 분해방법.
