Claims (3)
- 폴리에틸렌 58~62중량부, 내열성, 강성 및 혼화성을 제공하기 위한 알루미나 18~22중량부, 기계적 강도 및 파괴인성을 제공하기 위한 셀룰로오스 8~12중량부, 및 수축방지력, 접착력 및 인장력을 제공하기 위한 화이트카본 8~12중량부를 혼합하여 이루어진 상품 포장지용 강화 필름.

- 폴리에틸렌 58~62중량부, 내열성, 강성 및 혼화성을 제공하기 위한 알루미나 18~22중량부, 기계적 강도 및 파괴인성을 제공하기 위한 셀룰로오스 8~12중량부, 및 수축방지력, 접착력 및 인장력을 제공하기 위한 화이트카본 8~12중량부를 배합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 제1공정(S10);
상기 제1공정을 통해 배합된 혼합물을 배합기에 넣고 30분~60분 동안 교반 배합하여 주는 제2공정(S20); 및
상기 제2공정을 통해 배합 제조된 혼합물을 압출기에 넣고 압출 성형하여 강화 필름을 제조 완료하는 제3공정(S30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장지용 강화 필름의 제조방법.
