- 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로서,
15 초과의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn,
3000 초과의 저장 탄성률 G'(5k㎩), 및
적어도 15/100k C인 비닐리덴 함량을 갖고,
상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 관형 반응기에서 라디칼 개시 중합반응에 의하여 생성되고, 상기 중합반응은 라디칼 개시제들의 작용 하에 에틸렌 단량체를 반응시킴으로써 수행되고, 상기 라디칼 개시제의 사용된 활성 산소의 양은 적어도 0.125 kg AO/ton PE 인, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌. - 제1항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 에틸렌의 호모폴리머인 것인, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌.

- 제7항에 있어서, 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 내지 40중량%의 양으로 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 전이금속 촉매의 존재에서 제조된 적어도 1종의 올레핀 중합체를 더 포함하되, 적어도 1종의 올레핀 중합체는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리-1-부텐의 호모- 또는 코폴리머로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 고압 하에 라디칼 개시 중합에 의한 관형 반응기 내 제1항의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법으로서,
상기 중합은 라디칼 개시제 혼합물의 작용 하에 에틸렌 단량체를 반응시킴으로써 수행되되,
상기 라디칼 개시제 혼합물은 개시제 A(클로로벤젠 중에서 75℃ 내지 90℃의 0.1시간 반감기 온도(T½)) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 B(클로로벤젠 중에서 90℃ 내지 95℃의 0.1시간 T½) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 C(클로로벤젠 중에서 105℃ 내지 125℃의 0.1시간 T½) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 D(클로로벤젠 중에서 125℃ 내지 140℃의 0.1시간 T½) 30 내지 100 kg/톤 혼합물 및 개시제 E(클로로벤젠 중에서 155℃ 내지 175℃의 0.1시간 T½) 20 내지 100 kg/톤 혼합물을 포함하는, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고압은 1000 내지 3000bar인 것인, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법.
- 고압 하에 라디칼 개시 중합에 의한 관형 반응기 내 제1항의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법으로서,
상기 중합은 1종 이상의 라디칼 개시제의 작용 하에 에틸렌 단량체를 반응시킴으로써 수행되되,
상기 라디칼 개시제는 1종 이상의 과산화물을 포함하고,
상기 라디칼 개시제의 사용된 활성 산소의 양은 적어도 0.125㎏ AO/톤 PE인, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고압은 1000 내지 3000bar인 것인, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 생성방법.
- 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중에 비닐리덴을 도입하기 위한 연속적 에틸렌 중합 방법으로서,
상기 비닐리덴은 라디칼 개시제 혼합물을 사용하는 것에 의해 도입되고,
상기 라디칼 개시제 혼합물은 개시제 A(클로로벤젠 중에서 75℃ 내지 90℃의 0.1시간 반감기 온도(T½)) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 B(클로로벤젠 중에서 90℃ 내지 95℃의 0.1시간 T½) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 C(클로로벤젠 중에서 105℃ 내지 125℃의 0.1시간 T½) 50 내지 150 kg/톤 혼합물, 개시제 D(클로로벤젠 중에서 125℃ 내지 140℃의 0.1시간 T½) 30 내지 100 kg/톤 혼합물 및 개시제 E(클로로벤젠 중에서 155℃ 내지 175℃의 0.1시간 T½) 20 내지 100 kg/톤 혼합물을 포함하는 연속적 에틸렌 중합 방법. - 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중에 비닐리덴을 도입하기 위한 연속적 에틸렌 중합 방법으로서,

상기 라디칼 개시제의 사용된 활성 산소의 양은 적어도 0.125㎏ AO/톤 PE인 연속적 에틸렌 중합 방법. - 삭제
- 압출코팅 공정을 위한 방법으로서, 275℃ 내지 330℃의 온도에서 편평한 기판 상에 편평한 다이를 통해 용융 상태에서 제1항의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 제7항 의 조성물을 압출함으로써 상기 편평한 기판을 적어도 375m/분의 라인 속도로 압출코팅하는 단계를 포함하는, 압출코팅 공정을 위한 방법.
- 제1항의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 제7항의 조성물의 적어도 한 층을 포함하는, 압출 물품.
