Claims (8)
- 적어도 전극 활물질층 및 전해질층을 구비하는 전극체로서,
상기 전극 활물질층은, 염화바나듐 (III), 염화납 (II), 염화텅스텐 (II), 염화니켈 (II), 바나듐, 납, 텅스텐, 및 니켈로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 전극 활물질을 함유하고,
상기 전해질층은, 염화물 이온 및 유기 오늄 카티온을 함유하는 이온성 액체와, 염화알루미늄 (III) 을, 이온성 액체 : 염화알루미늄 (III) = 1.0 ㏖ : 1.5 ㏖ ∼ 1.0 ㏖ : 1.9 ㏖ 의 몰비로 함유하는 전해질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 오늄 카티온은, 제 4 급 암모늄 카티온, 제 4 급 포스포늄 카티온, 알킬이미다졸륨 카티온, 구아니듐 카티온, 술포늄 카티온, 알킬피페리디늄 카티온, 및 디알킬피리디늄 카티온으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 카티온인, 전극체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 액체는, 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨클로라이드, N-메틸-N-프로필피페리디늄클로라이드, 1-부틸피리디늄클로라이드, N-부틸-N-메틸피페리디늄클로라이드, 1-에틸-2,3-디메틸이미다졸륨클로라이드, 1-옥타데실-3-이미다졸륨클로라이드, 1-부틸-1-메틸피롤리디늄클로라이드, 1,1-디메틸-1-에틸-메톡시에틸암모늄클로라이드, 및 트리헥실테트라데실포스포늄클로라이드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 이온성 액체인, 전극체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 액체는, 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨클로라이드, N-메틸-N-프로필피페리디늄클로라이드, 및 1-부틸피리디늄클로라이드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 이온성 액체인, 전극체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 활물질층은, 메소포러스 카본, 그라파이트, 아세틸렌 블랙, 카본 블랙, 카본 나노 튜브, 및 카본 파이버로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 도전성 재료를 추가로 함유하는, 전극체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 활물질층은, 불화물 폴리머 및 스티렌 부타디엔 고무로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 결착제를 추가로 함유하는, 전극체. - 부극 활물질층 및 상기 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전극체를 구비하는 전지로서,
상기 전극체 중의 전극 활물질층이 정극 활물질층으로서 사용되고,
상기 부극 활물질층과 상기 정극 활물질층은, 상기 전극체에 있어서의 상기 전해질층을 사이에 개재하여 배치되고,
상기 부극 활물질층은, 탄소, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄, 금, 텅스텐, 알루미늄, 리튬, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 철, 니켈, 동, 망간, 크롬, 아연, 규소, 및 티탄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질층은, 부극 활물질로서 알루미늄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
