- 철산염 제조방법에 있어서,
철염, 차아염소산염 및 강알칼리성 용액을 혼합하는 혼합단계;
상기 혼합단계에서 혼합된 혼합액에 공기를 주입하여 산화반응시키는 산화반응단계;를 포함하되,
상기 산화반응단계는, 실온의 공기(air)를 20시간 이상 주입하여 상기 혼합액이 산소포화 상태가 되도록 하여 산화반응시키고;
상기 산화반응단계에서 생성되는 산화혼합액은, 고액분리하지 않고 액상물과 고형물을 그대로 혼합하여 수처리용 산화제 및 응집제로 사용하며;
상기 수처리용 산화제 및 응집제는, 고형물인 철염이 포함되어 상기 수처리용 산화제 및 응집제를 보관 또는 운반하는 과정에서 지속적인 산화반응을 유도하여 상기 수처리용 산화제 및 응집제의 농도를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철산염 제조방법.
- 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 산화반응단계는 회분식 또는 연속식으로 운전되며 자동제어장치와 연동하여 자동으로 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철산염 제조방법.
