- 하부 기판,상기 하부 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 카본 나노 튜브를 포함하고 있는 제1 하부 전극, 제2 하부 전극 및 제3 하부 전극,상기 하부 기판과 마주하고 있는 상부 기판,상기 상부 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 상부 전극, 제2 상부 전극 및 제3 상부 전극,상기 제1 하부 전극과 상기 제1 상부 전극 사이에 주입되어 있는 제1 콜레스테릭 액정,상기 제2 하부 전극과 상기 제2 상부 전극 사이에 주입되어 있는 제2 콜레스테릭 액정,상기 제3 하부 전극과 상기 제3 상부 전극 사이에 주입되어 있는 제3 콜레스테릭 액정을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 제1 하부 전극, 제2 하부 전극 및 제3 하부 전극은 동일 평면 상에 배치되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 제1 하부 전극, 제2 하부 전극 및 제3 하부 전극의 면저항은 10 ohm/sq 내지 100 ohm/sq인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 제1 하부 전극, 제2 하부 전극 및 제3 하부 전극의 투과율은 1% 내지 60%인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 제1 콜레스테릭 액정은 적색 파장의 광을 반사하는 나선 피치를 가지는 적색 콜레스테릭 액정이고, 상기 제2 콜레스테릭 액정은 녹색 파장의 광을 반사하는 나선 피치를 가지는 녹색 콜레스테릭 액정이며, 상기 제3 콜레스테릭 액정은 청색 파장의 광을 반사하는 나선 피치를 가지는 청색 콜레스테릭 액정인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 제1 하부 전극, 제2 하부 전극 및 제3 하부 전극의 면저항은 10 ohm/sq 내지 100 ohm/sq인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제13항에서,상기 제1 상부 전극, 제2 상부 전극 및 제3 상부 전극은 IZO 또는 ITO를 포함하고 있는 액정 표시 장치.
