Abstract
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 외주면에 돌출부재가 형성된 내륜과, 상기 내륜의 외측부에 형성되되, 내측에 유동공간이 형성되게 결합되는 외륜으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 외주면에 돌출부재가 형성되고, 양측부에는 다수 개의 형성홀이 형성된 내륜과,
내측에 유동공간이 형성되도록 하여 상기 내륜의 외측부에 결합되는 외륜을 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 내륜의 양측부에 형성된 형성홀은 서로 엇갈리게 위치되도록 하여 내륜과 돌출부재의 경계부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내륜에 형성된 돌출부재는 외주면 양측부에 서로 대응되게 한 쌍이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부재는 서로 대응 방향이 경사지게 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부재의 외측부는 원호 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외륜은 내륜에 형성된 돌출부재가 커버되게 구비되되, 내륜에 형성되는 형성홀의 상단에 위치되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유동공간은 내륜에 형성된 한 쌍의 돌출부재 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴. - 외측부에 한 쌍의 돌출부재가 형성되고, 양측부에는 서로 엇갈리게 형성홀이 형성되게 내륜을 사출성형하는 단계와;
사출 성형된 내륜을 금형틀에 삽입시키는 단계와;
금형틀로 재료를 주입하여 내륜의 외측에 외륜을 성형하는 단계와;
금형틀로부터 완성된 바퀴를 인출시키는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 금형틀은 좌, 우금형이 구비되되, 죄, 우금형에는 내륜에 형성된 형성홀에 끼워지는 형성핀이 서로 엇갈리게 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴 제조방법. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 형성핀은 내륜에 형성된 형성홀의 하단 내주면에 밀착되게 결합 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 내륜에 형성된 돌출부재의 사이에 유동공간이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비공기압 바퀴 제조방법.
