Description
도2a 내지 도2e는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 터치 입력 장치에서 디스플레이 패널에 대한 터치 센서 패널의 상대적인 위치를 예시하는 개념도이다.
도3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 터치 위치 및 터치 압력을 검출할 수 있도록 구성된 터치 입력 장치의 단면도이다.
도4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 터치 입력 장치에서 백라이트 유닛의 광학층을 예시한다.
도5a는 도3에 예시된 터치 입력 장치에 포함된 제1예의 압력 센서와 기준 전위층 사이의 상대적인 거리를 예시한다.
도5b는 도5a의 구조에서 압력이 인가된 경우를 예시한다.
도5c는 도3에 예시된 터치 입력 장치에 포함된 제2예의 압력 센서와 기준 전위층 사이의 상대적인 거리를 예시한다.

Claims (9)
- 커버층;
상기 커버층 하부에 위치하며, 액정층 및 상기 액정층을 사이에 두고 위치하는 제1글라스층 및 제2글라스층을 포함하고, 정전 용량 방식으로 터치를 감지하는 터치 센서의 적어도 일부가 상기 제1글라스층과 상기 제2글라스층 사이에 위치하는 LCD 패널; 및
상기 LCD 패널의 하부에 위치하며, 광학 필름, 광원, 반사시트 및 커버를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 백라이트 유닛은 상기 반사시트와 상기 커버 사이로서 상기 커버상에 부착된 압력 센서를 더 포함하며,
상기 터치 센서는 복수의 구동전극과 복수의 수신전극을 포함하고,
상기 터치 센서에 구동신호가 인가되고 상기 터치 센서로부터 출력되는 감지신호로부터 터치 위치가 검출될 수 있으며,
상기 압력 센서로부터 출력되는 정전용량 변화량에 기초하여 터치 압력의 크기가 검출될 수 있는,
스마트폰. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LCD 패널 내부에 기준 전위층이 위치하며, 상기 정전용량 변화량은 상기 압력 센서와 상기 기준 전위층 사이의 거리에 따라 변하는, 스마트폰. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기준 전위층은 상기 LCD 패널 내부의 공통 전극의 전위층인, 스마트폰. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1글라스층과 상기 제2글라스층 사이에 위치하는 상기 터치 센서의 상기 적어도 일부는 상기 구동전극 및 상기 수신전극 중 적어도 하나인, 스마트폰. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 LCD 패널은 상기 제1글라스층, 상기 액정층 및 상기 제2글라스층을 사이에 두고 위치하는 제1편광층 및 제2편광층을 더 포함하며,
상기 터치 센서의 상기 적어도 일부를 제외한 나머지 일부는 상기 제1글라스층과 상기 제1편광층 사이에 위치하는, 스마트폰. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 압력 센서와 상기 기준 전위층 사이에 위치하는 스페이서층을 더 포함하는, 스마트폰. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 LCD 패널과 상기 광학 필름 사이에 에어갭을 더 포함하는, 스마트폰. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 센서는 복수의 채널을 구성하는 복수의 전극을 포함하는, 스마트폰. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 터치에 따라 상기 LCD 패널이 휘어지며,
