Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물과, 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물을 반응시켜 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이의 리튬염과, 하기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 화합물을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 리간드 화합물의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1, 3, 4, 5 및 6에서,
n은 1 내지 2의 정수이고,
R1 내지 R10은 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알케닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬기 또는 실릴기이며, R1 내지 R10 중 서로 인접하는 2개 이상은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기를 포함하는 알킬리딘기에 의해 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있고;
R11은 수소, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이며;
X3은 할로겐기이며;
Q는 탄소 또는 실리콘이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 R1 내지 R10은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기이고, R11은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기인 리간드 화합물의 제조방법.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 리간드 화합물과, 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 화합물을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 전이금속 화합물의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1, 2 및 7에서,
n은 1 내지 2의 정수이고,
R1 내지 R10은 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알케닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬기 또는 실릴기이며, R1 내지 R10 중 서로 인접하는 2개 이상은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기를 포함하는 알킬리딘기에 의해 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있고;
R11은 수소, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이고;
Q는 탄소 또는 실리콘이고;
M은 4족의 전이금속이고;
X1 및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알케닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬아미노기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴아미노기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬리덴기이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, R1 내지 R10은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기이고, R11은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기인 전이금속 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 M은 Ti, Zr 및 Hf으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이금속 화합물의 제조방법.
