Claims (10)
- 제1 금형 캐비티에, 제2 금형을 향해 돌기하는 복수의 돌기체를 설치한 캐비티가 설치되어 있는 한 쌍의 분할 금형을 설치하는 단계와,
평면 형상을 갖는 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트를 준비하는 단계와,
각 열가소성 수지 시트를 상기 한 쌍의 분할 금형의 고리 형상 핀치 오프부의 주위에 삐져나오도록, 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트를 상기 한 쌍의 분할 금형 사이에 소정의 간격을 두고 보내는 단계와,
상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트와 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트의 외표면에 대향하는 상기 제1 금형 캐비티 사이에 밀폐 공간을 형성하는 단계와,
상기 제1 금형 측에서 상기 밀폐 공간내의 공기를 흡인하여, 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트의 외표면을 상기 제1 금형 캐비티에 대하여 눌러 부형하고, 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트를 상기 돌기체를 따르도록 늘이는 단계와,
상기 한 쌍의 금형을 형체하여 상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트의 둘레끼리 용착시키고, 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트의 돌기체 선단에 대응하는 정부를 상기 제2 열가소성 수지 시트의 내표면에 용착시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트를 상기 한 쌍의 분할 금형의 사이에 보내는 단계의 전 또는 보내는 단계에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 열가소성 수지 시트의 각 두께가 상기 제1 용융 상태의 열가소성 시트의 두께가 상기 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트의 두께보다도 두껍게 되도록 독립적으로 조정되는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 금형은 캐비티를 갖고,
상기 한 쌍의 금형의 형체 후, 형체된 금형 내에 형성된 밀폐 공간에서 상기 제1 및 제2 열가소성 수지 시트에 취입압을 가함으로써, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트를 각각에 대응하는 제1 또는 제2 금형 캐비티에 대하여 눌러 부형하는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트가 되는 평면 형상의 2개의 용융 상태의 패리슨을 하방으로 수하하도록, 한 쌍의 분할 금형 사이를 향해 압출하는 단계를 추가로 갖는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 돌기체는 제1 방향에 있어서 소정의 간격을 두고 상기 캐비티 표면에 복수 열로 설치되고,
각각의 열의 돌기체의 적어도 일부는 상기 캐비티 표면에 있어서 상기 제1 방향에 있어서 수직한 제2 방향으로 연장되도록 띠 형상으로 배치되어 있는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 제1 금형 측에서 밀폐 공간의 공기를 흡인하는 단계는 상기 제1 금형 둘레에 있어서 형체 방향으로 이동 가능하게 외감하는 외곽틀을 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트의 외표면을 향해 이동시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 밀폐 공간은 상기 제1 열가소성 수지 시트의 외표면, 상기 외곽틀의 내주면 및 상기 제1 금형 캐비티에 의해 형성되는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 핀치 오프부는 상기 한 쌍의 금형을 형체를 통해 서로 당접하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트의 둘레끼리를 서로 용착시킴으로써, 파팅 라인이 형성되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 시트 사이에 밀폐 중공부가 형성되는 수지 적층판의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
각 돌기체는 상기 제2 금형을 향해 선세한 정육각형의 각추대 형상인 수지 적층판의 제조 방법.
