Abstract
본 마이크로니들 디바이스에 의한 면역원성 증강 방법은 A형(H1N1)주, A형(H3N2)주 및 B형주를 유효 성분으로 하는 항원으로 이루어지는 인플루엔자 백신을 코팅한 폴리락트산으로 이루어지는 마이크로니들을 구비한 마이크로니들 디바이스를 피부에 맞닿게 하여 상기 인플루엔자 백신을 경피투여한다. 경피투여후에 마이크로니들 디바이스를 피부에 맞닿게 한 개소에 라우릴알코올을 도포한다.
Description
도 2는 IgG항체가에 대해서 마이크로니들 투여군과 피내투여군과의 비교를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 IgA항체가에 대해서 컨트롤군과 마이크로니들 투여군과의 비교(비강)를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 IgA항체가에 대해서 컨트롤군과 마이크로니들 투여군과의 비교(폐)를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 인플루엔자 백신 투여후의 시간 경과에 있어서의 개별항체가의 측정 결과의 일례를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (19)
- 기판에 이차원형상으로 배치된 피부를 천공 가능한 폴리락트산으로 이루어지는 복수의 마이크로니들을 구비하고, 이 마이크로니들에, A형주 및 B형주로 이루어지는 인플루엔자 바이러스 항원이 실온에서의 상대습도 70.0~100%RH에서 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로니들이 원뿔형 또는 각뿔형인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 코팅 담체로서 풀루란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 애쥬번트 활성을 가지는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 애쥬번트 활성을 가지는 물질이 라우릴알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로니들 디바이스의 기판이 인플루엔자 바이러스 항원액 또는 인플루엔자 바이러스 항원 용해액을 전달 가능한 복수의 개구부를 가지는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로니들의 높이가 200~500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로니들이 400~1000개/cm2의 밀도로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 디바이스.
