도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 써모파일 센서 모듈을 구성하는 저항체의 온도-저항 특성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 써모파일 센서 모듈을 개략적으로 도시하는 회로도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 써모파일 센서 모듈의 온도측정 방법을 도해하는 공정 순서도이다.

Claims (8)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상의 써모파일 센서 어레이; 및
상기 써모파일 센서 어레이의 자체 온도를 측정하기 위하여 상기 써모파일 센서 어레이 주변의 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 저항체와 제 2 저항체;를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 저항체와 상기 제 2 저항체는 소정의 동일한 온도 구간에서 온도에 따라 서로 다른 기울기의 선형적인 저항변화 특성을 갖고, 전기적으로 서로 직렬 연결되고,
상기 제 1 저항체의 일단과 상기 제 2 저항체의 일단이 서로 맞닿아 있고,
상기 제 1 저항체 및 상기 제 2 저항체는 그 온도계수가 둘 중 하나는 양의 계수이고, 다른 하나는 음의 계수인 것을 포함하고,
상기 써모파일 센서 어레이의 자체 온도는, 출력전압, 상기 제1 저항체의 온도 계수, 상기 제2 저항체의 온도 계수, 인가전압을 이용하여 상기 제1 저항체의 온도 및 상기 제2 저항체의 온도를 산출한 후에, 상기 제1 저항체의 온도 및 상기 제2 저항체의 온도와 상기 제1 저항체와 상기 제2 저항체의 저항이 같을 때의 온도를 이용하여 산출되는, 써모파일 센서 모듈. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 저항체와 상기 제 2 저항체는 서로 다른 온도 계수를 갖도록 서로 다른 재질을 갖는, 써모파일 센서 모듈. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 저항체는 백금(Pt), 알루미늄(Al) 및 니켈(Ni) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제 2 저항체는 실리콘(Si), 비스무스 텔룰라이드(BixTey) 및 안티몬 텔룰라이드(SnxTey) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 써모파일 센서 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
서로 직렬 연결된 상기 제 1 저항체 및 상기 제 2 저항체와 전기적으로 병렬로 연결되도록 서로 직렬 연결된 한 쌍의 제 3 저항체를 더 포함하는, 써모파일 센서 모듈. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 저항체와 상기 제 2 저항체의 접점 및 상기 한 쌍의 제 3 저항체의 접점에 연결되어 출력 신호를 증폭하는 앰프를 더 포함하는, 써모파일 센서 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 써모파일 센서 어레이, 상기 제 1 저항체 및 상기 제 2 저항체는 상기 기판 상에 원칩화 된, 써모파일 센서 모듈.
