Claims (9)
- (a) 기능성 작용기가 도입된 고분자 유기 필러 형태의 스타이렌-부타디엔 블록 공중합체를 제조하고 블록을 조절하는 단계,
(b) 기능성 작용기가 도입된, 95%이상의 하이-시스 폴리부타디엔(high-cis polybutadiene)을 제조하는 단계,
(c) 단계 (a)에서 제조된 스타이렌-부타디엔 블록 공중합체 형태의 고분자 유기 필러와 단계 (b)에서 제조된 하이-시스 폴리부타디엔을 균일하게 분산하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (c) 단계는 상기 (a) 단계에서 제조된 스타이렌-부타디엔 블록 공중합체가 총 중량비의 5~50% 비율로 상기 (b) 단계에서 제조된 하이-시스 폴리부타디엔과 균일하게 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무(rubber) 조성물 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 의 고분자 유기 필러 형태의 스타이렌-부타디엔 블록 공중합체는 공액 디엔계 단량체와 비닐 방향족 단량체가 혼합되어 중합된 리빙 공중합체 또는 블록 공중합체인 것인 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 고분자 유기 필러 형태의 스타이렌 부타디엔 블록 공중합체는 스타이렌 블록 함량이 50~100%로 조절된 블록 공중합체인 것인 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 고분자 유기 필러 형태의 스타이렌 부타디엔 블록 공중합체는 1,4-디비닐 벤젠으로 가교 결합된 후 다이, 트라이 또는 테트라 이소시아네이트 화합물과 티올계, 에폭시계, 아민계 또는 알콕시 실란계 이소시아뉴레이트로 치환된 것인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔계 단량체는 1,3-부타디엔 또는 이소프렌이고, 상기 비닐 방향족 단량체는 스타이렌, 알파 메틸 스타이렌 또는 디비닐벤젠인 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 시스함량이 95%이상 폴리부타디엔은
ⅰ) 희토류 화합물 또는 전이금속 화합물 1 몰,
ⅱ) 상기 희토류 화합물 또는 전이금속 화합물의 사용량을 기준으로 1~ 10 몰비의 할로겐 함유 화합물, 및
ⅲ) 상기 희토류 화합물 또는 전이금속 화합물의 사용량을 기준으로 10 ~ 100 몰비의 유기알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 촉매계; 및 비극성 용매 하에서, 1,3-부타디엔 또는 부타디엔 유도체를 중합하여 1,4-시스 폴리부타디엔을 제조하는 것인 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서 시스함량이 95%이상 폴리부타디엔은 탄소수 4 ~ 100의 알킬 다이, 트라이 또는 테트라 이소시아네이트; 탄소수 4 ~ 100의 아로마틱 다이, 트라이 또는 테트라 이소시아네이트 화합물 중에서 선택된 이소시아네이트 화합물이 치환된 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 2항에 있어서, 제조된 고무(rubber) 조성물의 공액디엔계 단량체는 총 중량비의 50~95% 이고 비닐 방향족 단량체는 총 중량비의 5~50%로 포함되는 것인 방법.
