Claims (4)
- 일단에는 단부로 갈수록 폭이 확개되도록 경사면이 마련된 헤드가 마련되고, 상기 헤드의 후측으로 축부가 일체로 형성되는 헤드부와;
전측 내부로 상기 헤드부가 삽입되게 구성되고, 전단부와 후단부에 각각 복수의 전방 및 후방 절개홈이 형성되어 전단부의 전방 절개홈 사이로 가압에 의해 외측으로 확개되는 전방 확개고정편이 형성되며, 후단부의 후방 절개홈 사이로 외측으로 확개되는 후방 확개고정편이 형성되는 고정관과;
상기 고정관의 후측 내부로 삽입되게 구성되되, 전방 내부에는 상기 헤드부의 축부가 삽입되는 축삽입홀이 형성되고, 후단부 외면에는 상기 후방 확개고정편의 단부에 밀착되어 고정관을 가압하고 후방 확개고정편의 내부로 삽입되어 후방 확개고정편을 외측으로 확개시키는 환형의 가압편이 형성되며, 후면에는 볼트가 결합되는 타격바디를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 고정관의 중앙부분 내부에는 환형의 중앙 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 타격바디의 전단부에는 상기 중앙 걸림턱에 끼워져 고정되는 환형의 끼움홈이 형성되어, 상기 고정관에 타격바디가 견고하게 고정 결합될 수 있게 구성되고,
상기 가압편의 전면은 전방으로 갈수록 하향 경사지는 경사끼움부가 형성되어 상기 고정관의 후방으로 삽입될 때 그 삽입이 용이하게 이루어지게 구성되고, 상기 타격바디의 전단부에는 다수개의 슬릿이 형성되며, 상기 전방 및 후방 절개홈의 중앙측 단부에는 전방 및 후방 절개홈의 단부가 찌져지는 것을 방지하기 위한 절개방지공이 각각 형성되어 마감되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이지 앵커 볼트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타격바디의 후면에는 그 내부로 암나사부가 형성되어, 상기 볼트가 선택적으로 결합될 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이지 앵커 볼트.
