- M+N+P 구조의 3개의 동심 층(C1, C2, C3)을 갖는 금속 코드를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 금속 코드는, 직경 d1을 갖고 1 내지 4인 M개의 와이어로 구성된 제1 내부 층(C1)과, 상기 제1 내부 층 주위에 피치 p2로 나선형으로 함께 권취되는 제2 중간 층(C2)으로서 직경 d2를 갖고 3 내지 12인 N개의 와이어와, 상기 제2 중간 층 주위에 피치 p3으로 나선형으로 함께 권취되는 제3 외부 층(C3)으로서 직경 d3을 갖고 8 내지 20인 P개의 와이어를 포함하는, 금속 코드 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
M+N 구조의 "코어 스트랜드"로 명명된 중간 코드를 "조립 지점"으로 명명된 지점에서 형성하기 위해 상기 제1 내부 층(C1) 주위에 상기 N개의 와이어를 꼬음으로써 조립하는 단계와,
상기 조립 지점의 하류에서, 교차 결합되지 않은 상태로 "충전 고무"로 명명된 고무 합성물로 상기 M+N 구조의 코어 스트랜드를 포위하는 포위 단계와,
상기 제3 외부 층(C3)의 P개의 와이어를 상기 코어 스트랜드 주위로 꼬아 포위하는 조립 단계와,

상기 조립 지점의 하류에서 상기 M+N 구조의 코어 스트랜드를 포위하는 포위 수단과,
상기 포위 수단으로부터의 출구에서, 상기 제3 외부 층(C3)을 가하기 위해 상기 P개의 와이어를 꼬음으로써 상기 코어 스트랜드 주위에 조립하여 포위하는 제2 조립 수단과,
