Abstract
이러한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주요 구성은, 내부공간의 내주면 둘레에 상하 일정한 간격으로 가이드밴이 설치되고, 하부에 호퍼가 설치된 혼합챔버와; 상기 혼합챔버의 상부에 설치되고, 토사와 첨가제가 투입되는 한편 로터리밸브가 설치된 투입구와; 상기 혼합챔버의 내부공간에 수직상으로 회전가능케 설치되고, 모터의 구동력을 전달받아 고속 회전하는 샤프트와; 상기 샤프트에 상하 일정한 간격으로 배치되고, 상하로 접히고 펴지도록 회동가능케 설치된 회전날개와; 상기 혼합챔버의 하부에 설치되고, 더블 스크류가 회전가능케 설치된 한편 일측 상부에 물을 분사하는 분사노즐이 설치된 스크류하우징;을 포함하여 구현된다.

Claims (5)
- 내부공간의 내주면 둘레에 상하 일정한 간격으로 가이드밴(61a)이 설치되고, 하부에 골재 및 토사가 모아져 배출되는 호퍼(61b)가 설치된 혼합챔버(61)와; 상기 혼합챔버(61)의 상부에 설치되고, 토사와 첨가제가 혼합챔버(61)의 내부공간으로 투입되는 한편 로터리밸브(62a)가 설치된 투입구(62)와; 상기 혼합챔버(61)의 내부공간에 수직상으로 회전가능케 설치되고, 모터(63c)의 구동력을 전달받아 고속 회전하는 샤프트(63)와; 상기 샤프트(63)에 상하 일정한 간격으로 배치되고, 상하로 접히고 펴지도록 회동가능케 설치된 회전날개(64)와; 상기 혼합챔버(61)의 하부에 설치되고, 더블 스크류(65a)가 회전가능케 설치된 스크류하우징(65);을 포함하고,
상기 회전날개(64)는 샤프트(63)에 직경이 큰 플랜지(64b)가 결합 설치되고, 상기 플랜지(64b)에 힌지고리(64a)로 상하 회동가능케 설치되는 한편 다수가 방사상으로 체결 설치되며,
상기 스크류하우징(65)은 내부에 더블 스크류(65a)가 각각 회전가능케 설치되고, 단부 아래에 배출구(65b)가 구비되며, 일측 상부에 분사노즐(66)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 골재 및 토사의 연속 혼합장치. - 삭제
