Claims (12)
- 평균 직경이 150 내지 850㎛에 포함되는 입자(A)를 포함하고,
상기 입자 중 평균 직경이 500 내지 850㎛에 포함되는 입자(a1) 및 평균 직경이 150 내지 250㎛에 포함되는 입자(a2)들은 하기 수학식 1의 수가용 지표가 0.08이상 2.0이하인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지:

수가용 지표 = [(A1 ― A2)2 / A3]의 양의 제곱근
(식 중에서, A1은 al 내의 수가용분 함량비이고, A2는 a2 내의 수가용분 함량비이고, A3은 A 내의 수가용분 함량비임).
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수가용 지표는 0.09 이상 1.4 이하인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수가용 지표는 0.1 이상 0.7 이하인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 수지 중량 대비 잔류 단량체의 함량이 0.1 내지 400ppm인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자형 고흡수지 수지의 투과율은 10darcy 이상인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자형 고흡수지 수지의 투과율은 25darcy 이상인, 입자형 고흡수성 수지.
- 청구항 1에 따른 입자형 고흡수성 수지 제조방법으로서,
중합 공정, 건조 공정, 분쇄 공정 및 표면 가교 공정을 포함하고,
상기 중합 공정은 분자 내에 히드록시기를 2개 이상 포함하는 공단량체를 사용하여 수행되는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 중합 공정에서 아크릴산계 단량체의 2량체가 상기 고흡수성 수지로 중합하기 위한 단량체 총 중량 대비 0.1 내지 1,000ppm으로 첨가되는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 중합 공정에서 아크롤레인, 푸르푸랄, 말레산무수물 및 프로토아네모닌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 상기 고흡수성 수지로 중합하기 위한 단량체 총 중량 대비 0.1 내지 15ppm으로 첨가되는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 따른 입자형 고흡수성 수지 제조방법으로써,
중합 공정, 건조 공정, 분쇄 공정 및 표면 가교 공정을 포함하고,
상기 중합 공정 후에 압출 공정을 더 포함하며,
상기 압출 공정에서 중합 개시제 및 표면 가교제를 투입하는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 따른 입자형 고흡수성 수지 제조방법으로써,
중합 공정, 건조 공정, 분쇄 공정 및 표면 가교 공정을 포함하고,
상기 표면 가교 공정은 표면 처리 공정 전의 입자형 고흡수성 수지 총 중량에 대하여, 1 내지 10중량%의 표면 가교 용액을 사용하여 수행되는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 표면 가교 용액은, 용액 총 중량에 대하여, 수용성 알코올 0.1 내지 50중량%를 포함하는, 입자형 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
